• Love their free breakfast especially the waffles.
• I asked for sewing kit which was supposed to be free, but they ran out of supply.

“My family and I came here because my son is going to attend Stanford University as a freshman this fall. We arrived a day early to do a lot of shopping in the nearby department stores. We are very satisfied with the cleanliness and service. Make sure to fix yourself their free breakfast waffles. Really good.”

• Accommodations were very good; staff & maid service was very helpful, centrally located.
• Continental breakfast could have been better.

“Staff was very friendly, maid service was great, we didn't have them clean the room because we had a sick child, but they provided all we needed and were very accommodating. It was quiet, off of the main thoroughfare, and centrally located. Very close to the Palo Alto Medical Foundation that we were attending. Also close to restaurants and conveniences. We were very impressed. My husband called it a motel version of the Hyatt.”

• Location. Great proximity to Stanford Medical facilities, where we had doctor's appointments.

“The hotel suited our needs. We needed a place to stay, that was comfortable and close to our doctor's appointments. The beds were really nice, the hotel building is obviously from the 80's, outdoor style, but far enough off the main drag so traffic was not an issue. It was clean, service was friendly and hospitable. The complimentary breakfast served hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, orange juice, coffee, and my son really liked the fresh waffles. We would, and may very well stay here again.”

“Reasons I would not stay there again: 1. Our room had an bad odor. 2. People's yelling noises going in and out their rooms at 2 a.m. disturbed our sleep 3. The continental breakfast was a joke. Just not first class. We wasted our time. Should have just gone straight to MacDonald's. 4. Several hotel guest had construction trucks in the parking lot, would have been better for them to have a designated area just for trucks. 5. Decor needed updated.”
