• Hotel had a nice large kitchenette with a good sized eating/work area.
• Hotel had very hard beds and was poorly insulated against noise.

“Hotel looked newer and attractive. Inside was recently remodeled or was newer. Kitchenette was large with a good sized table/work area. Bathroom was nice and clean with no mold. The hotel was two story with no elevator - only a exterior staircase. The bed was very hard necessitating folding the blanket up several times for my wife to sleep on and the bedspread for myself to be comfortable enough to sleep. The noise insulation was poor to nonexistent. We could hear the people clearly talking in the room next to us and when someone closed a door or even came up the exterior steps, we not only heard it we felt it as the vibrations would reverberate through the building. We would not recommend this hotel.”

• Pets allowed, but the fee is $150!
• The hotel is disgusting.

“The room smelled horrible, there were bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. The sheets had stains on them, the mattress was uncomfortable. The shower smelled horrible and had stains, there were dirt smudges on the counters and in the bathroom,and the plumbing didn't even work! When we arrived there was trash on the bed! When we booked with Orbits we requested non-smoking and the hotel stated that's just a request and wouldn't put us in a non-smoking room! Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had.”

• Very clean and spacious.
• No restaurant or on site breakfast.

“Overall a pretty good establishment. Just wish it was a bit closer to Seattle and a restaurant couldn't hurt either.”

• Very nice kitchen space and extremely clean.
• The bed was very hard and there were no spare pillows or blankets.

“This is a nice hotel for the business traveler and was close to the wedding we were attending. It is not close to Seattle proper. While the room was very clean and much like a tiny apartment, the bed was almost impossible to sleep on. Bring your favorite pillow and warm blanket and this will be a great long term stay.”

• Clean, well appointed room, helpful staff, comfortable room.
• It was further from Downtown Seattle than I had planned.

“This is an excellent hotel for a long-term stay as a business traveler, especially if you need easy access to Microsoft. Downtown Seattle is about 25 km west on I-520.”

• Hotel room not clean. No coffee. Iron did not work.

“This was a bad experience there was a towel from the guest before me still hanging on the curtain rod. I travel once a month and this was a horrible room for the money.”

• The kitchen. Friendly help.
• Found a cockroach in the bathroom. No pool. There was garbage on the walkways on the 2nd floor.

“Very thin walls. Had to request to be moved to another room as the family next door was as loud as if they were in the same room with us.”

• The hotel was very clean and the staffs were extremely helpful and friendly.
• The hotel was somewhat difficult to find based on the address provided.

“Although, this hotel was modest, it was very pleasant and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here although I did have a little difficulty finding it at first.”
