• This hotel is in a treed cove off the highway and it is exceedingly quiet. Also, beds are super comfortable!

“This hotel is in the city, but it's back off the main road in a cove of trees and nice condos. I've stayed there twice and it's in a very quiet location. Also, the beds are super comfy and everything is quite clean and neat. Employees are exceptionally kind and helpful.”

• It was affordable for a quick get away. This was a clean and simple hotel. We got to have the swimming pool & spa to ourselves, which was a treat!
• The maid knocked on our door at 9:00am, we were hoping to sleep in. We didn't have the Do not disturb sign, but checkout was not until 1:00.

“Everything was great, other than the maid waking us up. (I didn't complain. Thought about it, but didn't want anyone to get in trouble.)”

• Clean, quite setting. No traffic noise.
• You can easily here noise from adjacent rooms and hallway.

“The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Easy access to great restaurants in Bellevue and nearby cities.”

• It was friendly and very nice. The staff was really helpful and I had a great stay.
• No continental breakfast made me sad. I didn't want to spend 11 bucks plus to eat. I didn't like the buffet style.

“It was a quiet, peaceful location. It had great service and the room was really nice. I was really impressed and pleased. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Close to everything.
• Someones pubic hair in the supposedly clean bathroom.

“Overpriced for the accommodations. We were supposed to have a king size bed but it was a queen. There were pubic hairs from the previous guest on the floor in the bathroom before we even had gone in to use it. They weren't in the corner either - right out in front of the toilet where the cleaning staff should have been able to see it.”

“We were booked into a "handicapped" room - which was a problem for my very tall and capable husband. When I asked politely for a change, we were denied; when I became annoyed - then, and only then, were we accommodated with a standard room.”

• It was clean and new, free parking and out of town.
• Had to drive to restaurants.

“The hotel is new, clean and in a very quiet somewhat secluded area. There was no noise at all and we were able to sleep late because of the shaded location. This was the best hotel and the best value of any of the hotels we stayed at on this trip.”

• New hotel, clean, free cookies on arrival.
• Staff assumed that because we were two women, we wanted two beds - not progressive.

“We stayed in this hotel because it was cheaper than a downtown hotel. While it was listed with Belleville hotels, it was definitely in Redmond - right next door to Microsoft. Which is great if you are there to visit Microsoft? We were not. Also my partner and I asked for a King bed while my parents asked for two Queens. My partner and I are both women and they gave us the room with two queen beds and my parents the room with one king bed. It was no big deal as we just switched rooms with my parents. But a bit of diversity training for the staff would not to unnoticed.”
