• Professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast and in abundance with good quality food.
• Carpeting in the room was not clean. Had an odor and stain, did not feel like walking around my room barefooted and always wore our socks.

• Excellent hotel with everything a family needs.
• None.

“ Short distance to everything. I liked this being in a quiet area while close to supermarkets and restaurants. No highway noises despite being next to I520. It's a major steal staying here. ”

“Great hotel for the money. It was a little hard to find, but good location. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to the freeway. The doors to the rooms shut automatically. So it can get loud in the morning when other guests are leaving their rooms. There's only one elevator and it's very slow.”

• The bed was nice.
• Chemicals used gave me a migraine; noisy guests.

“This is a nice hotel, but my stay was bad because the hotel put me in a corridor of rooms that were all filled with a youth hockey team from out of town. These kids ended up pounding on my door at 11:00 at night and I had to change rooms. I think the staff did a great job by giving me a new room right away; but they never should have put anyone in that room at all.”

• Great breakfast!
• Overall, customer service was great with the exception of one woman who rolled her eyes at any request.

“Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was really close to the freeway which was very nice for because I spent most of my time in Downtown Seattle. It really close to shopping and dinning in Bellevue. The breakfast was really nice. The room was nice and very clean. Overall I was very happy with my stay.”
