• The lobby smelled terrific and the room was awesome!
• I loved everything!

• Well - we always enjoy an indoor pool so we can use it at all times of the year.

• The hotel layout was apartment like, with several separate buildings surrounded by beautiful landscaping and great deck system connecting everything.

“The hotel was very comfortable, and the room felt very private. Although we only stayed one night, the room setup with full kitchen could have been very nice for a long stay.”

• Gym consisted of only 3 things, treadmill, bike, elliptical. No free weights or weight machines.

• Free breakfast is perfect for business traveler.
• There was a moth in the room.

“Clean, quiet, very close to Microsoft campus and Safeway. The kitchen is clean and you can reheat something after a day's hard work. The free breakfast is really a bless. The clerk was super friendly and helpful.”

“Hotel was old (exterior, carpets, beds) The Kitchen and breakfast provided was the best thing about the hotel. Did not care for the staff (somewhat unaccomodating; house keeping was good however)Map directions were not accurate on website. Not close to anything (shopping, restaurants, or attractions)Beds were "springy" and the sofa bed was just unacceptable. Bathroom was fairly decent, except the water in the tub did not drain very fast. Spa's were tiny.If on a budget and wanting to cook meals in your room, and there was only 2 people, it would perhaps be a suitable choice. It was "just ok" for us. We made the best of it.”

• Helpful staff.

“Staff was helpful both on the phone and in person. Took care of us quickly. Nice room, comfortable bed, pulls out couch for kids. Well equipped kitchen which was nice for making quick meals for the kids. Good continental breakfast. Would go back.”

• Friendliness of staff and the layout of the suite. Clean and attractive and very comfortable!
• None that I can think of.

• Great grounds and pool area, private, and park like.
• Lots of stairs.

“Great location, a few blocks from 520 but not next busy road. Quiet, relaxing setting with beautiful landscape, and homey feeling. Nice pool and spa, with private decks. Excellent breakfast with indoor seating and large outdoor patio dining. Kitchenette suite made it the perfect family getaway base for Seattle, Bellevue and vicinity. We will be back!”
