• The room, and the bath and shower.
• Late check in. Check in is at 4:00 pm and we did not get keys until 4:45.

“Overall the hotel was good; considering we had to wait 45 minutes past check in for our room. The dinning experience at the barking frog was less than stellar. Very poor service, long waits between courses, cold food, and a waiter who failed to check on the quality of each course, combined with restaurant management who fails to follow-up on complaints raised.”

• Wonderful landscaping, easy access to bike path and to herb farm, deep soaking tub was great.
• Our room had a high pitched whining sound (like some kind of heater/machinery) constantly. Unable to get resolved during our one night stay.

“Excellent with easy access to herb farm restaurant. We had a very relaxing stay. Appreciated the in room French coffee press, newspaper delivery, gas fireplace. Had great pre dinner drinks in the willows lodge wine bar (mulled wine was excellent). Did not try room service as had dinner at the herb farm and brunch at the barking frog both excellent experiences.”
