• Convenience to airport, and the staff was great.
• A little older and well maintained. Bed was a little hard.

“If you need to be close to the Oakland airport and you want a clean, comfortable hotel with a helpful staff this is your place.”

• One friendly bartender.
• Everything else is bad.

“Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Noisy, unfriendly staff, maid steals from your suitcase in your room (be sure to lock it if you stay there) and the hotel won't refund you what they stole, bad neighborhood, slow shuttle service, no hot tub or sauna as they advertise, hard and uncomfortable bed, tiny towels in the room, restaurant is expensive and food is just OK. Find another hotel and you will be much happier!”

• Extremely noisy. We did not get any sleep due to Hotel noises!

  WiFi access.
• Noisy air conditioner, ice machines weren't working on all but 2 floors.

“The desk staff was slow and not too friendly. There were only three people in the lobby trying to check in but it took over 20 minutes to do so.”

• Staff was
  friendly, hotel clean & convenient to freeway.
• Parking was free, however, I wish it was secure so kinda concerned about my car but nothing happened to it.

“We stayed in deluxe room. The furnishings, bathroom, and accents were very nice including the LCD TV. The hotel is old but its kept very clean and the rooms are remodeled nicely. We stayed three days and will def stay again!”

• Spacious room, comfortable bed and
  close to Oracle Arena.
• No fridge or mini-bar.

“Hotel staff was nice, and loved the 24 hour shuttle service from oracle arena to the hotel. The room was spacious and very well decorated, the TV was nice and HBO was a plus.”

“The rooms are comfortable and clean. While there is a pool, business travelers would find this hotel to be ideal. The staff was friendly, and the location easy to find.”

• The hotel was very peaceful and the room was great and clean.

“Hotel is located near the airport in a safe location. Very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are very nice. I can't wait to have the opportunity to stay there again.”

• You will have a newspaper by your door on weekends, on other days you will find a free newspaper by the ice machines.
• They should serve breakfast or have food voucher.

“For the amount of money paid there should be a breakfast or food voucher included with the room. Dinning inside the hotel is expensive. Hotel does not provide van to collision unless you pay at the same rate you pay for a taxi. The pool is nice and has a nice sitting area. The hotel has a weight room, however on our stay no one could find the key so it was not available. In my opinion this is an expensive cheap motel and they should pay more attention to their guests.”

• Rooms look clean, new and well decorated.
• Rooms in a different building as lobby, gloomy hallways, expensive in comparison with other hotel same trip.

• Upon check-in, staff not very friendly/helpful. Later staff we dealt with was good however.
