• You can cook in the hotel. it's great!
• No ice machine and u have to pay extra $4.99 for internet per stay.

“The hotel is good overall. Great value for my budget. It feels more like a temporary condo than anything else. Sort of have to bring whatever that you need when you are there.”

• Loved the kitchen in the room. I can cook my own food and save money for shopping, very close to mall.
• Dusty room, draw of the luck to get a room with kitchen utensils unwashed, found 2 bugs in the bed.

“This is my second time staying in the same hotel. I loved their kitchen unit within the room because I liked to prepare and eat my own food. It's conveniently located near Bellevue and Redmond. The staff is friendly and courteous.”

• Kitchen and eating area. Close to Factoria Mall.
• Carpet/floors and bath tub need cleaning.

“Walking distance to shopping and family-friendly restaurants. All rooms include a kitchen with full fridge, microwave, small stovetop, cutlery, plates, mugs, and dish soap.”

• Loved the kitchenette, always nice to have a fridge, stove, microwave.
• No change machine on site for laundry.

“Excellent value, especially considering the kitchenette. We felt very at home in our room when we weren't out seeing the sights. Staff was friendly and accommodating, everything was clean, parking was reasonably close, and we never heard anything from neighbors.”

• Staff was very accommodating about early check-in.
• The beds were from a smoking room, and hard as the floor.

“Okay, but the beds were impossible to sleep in. I had a non-smoking room in which the beds smelled like cigarette smoke. They were also so hard that I may as well have just slept on the floor.”

“Our Motel room someone with a key opened our door slamming it up against the metal guard stopping who ever from entering our room at 1 am waking my husband and I both. Told the am desk person he did not sound concerned, the person had to have a key as the door locks automatically.”

“This was exactly as described. It was in a nice area of Bellevue and was low frill, but we weren't there much, so it was great for the price and our needs.”

• It had a kitchenette.
• Bed was uncomfortable. Room smelled bad. Fridge really loud. Room really small.

“For a lone traveler with a vehicle, this room fits the bill. It has a small kitchenette and is close to 2 freeways. Not the most pedestrian nor family friendly hotel. Our room had a smell that airing out simply did not help. Don't know if the others all smelled like ours.”

• Convenient location, close to shopping centers.
• Hard to find the hotel, the wall was very thin.

“Good location, but hard to find it the first time. The wall was very thin that I could hear notices from next doors activities, very noisy at night and early in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• I love having the kitchenette so I don't have to go out to eat all the time.
• A little hard to find, but that made it quieter, so a plus.

“Excellent hotel for the person who is to stay long term, or just wants to have the convenience of a kitchenette. Quiet location, but near to shops, restaurants and freeway.”

• Very helpful staff.
• Bed was less comfortable than others I have stayed in.

“I preferred a non-smoking room, they did not have one at first. They tried to air the room out for me--still the smell bothered me. Fortunately a smoke free room became available during the course of the day.”

• Office staff was friendly and helpful.
• It was difficult to locate.

“I was charged $17.83 for 2 minute phone calls (Bellevue, WA to Warrenton). The telephone was not working properly in the room when directly dialed so the office made the call and charged it to me. I think it's outrageous that I should have to pay for a call to my room that has to be made indirectly because the telephone in my room at the motel is faulty. Faulty amenities should not be the responsibilities of the guests.”

• The location is great, 1/2way between everything.
• Dirty, uncomfortable, room was run down.

“I have stayed at this hotel multiple times & always had great service & clean comfortable rooms. Unfortunately this was not the case this time. Our bed had hair in it. The room had a moldy nasty smell to it. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard. When I pointed all of this out to the manager his only response was "Well I can upgrade you to a king sized bedroom for an extra $ or you can keep the room you have." Might be willing to stay here again, but only if our other options do not pan out.”

• Very clean and quiet, good size bathroom, all kitchen amenities.
• No late check in, no pool or hot tub.

“This hotel is perfect for business travelers or solo travelers. Very clean and quiet, tucked back from the freeway but still quite convenient. The rooms are great for a longer stay, but don't bring your kids here or plan a romantic/fun getaway, as there are no amenities at this hotel.”

• It was clean and attractive.
• We had 4 people and they tried to give us a room with 1 double & make us pay an upgrade for 2 beds.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable, but when we checked in, they tried to give us a room with only 1 double bed in it. They said that we had not specified how many beds you need. But we've never had an issue in the past. We didn't pay an upgrade and they switched us to a room with a King and a pull-out.”
