• Friendliness & helpfulness of employees.
• Didn't quite seem like a 3 star hotel compared to others.

“Location appears to be good, husband recovering from surgery so stayed there and brought food in from close by, lots of choices. Convenient with the microwave, refrigerator, and coffee bar. Clean, and neat. Just thought a 3 star was a bit more upscale, but for the price, cant complain. Very helpful friendly employees regarding the TV & DVD, computer operation.”

• Location.

“The hotel is in a good location, close to downtown Menlo Park, good access to highways 101 and 280 and on a main street. It doesn't have any exercise capabilities and the breakfast leaves much to be desired.”

• Clean, quiet, easy to find.
• Small parking spaces.

“This hotel is fine for the in and out customer. Big desk area, very clean room, comfortable bed, quiet at night. Breakfast food was re-filled fast, food was abundant. No common area for children all parking lot at entrance.”
