• Overstuffed easy chair & kitchenette
• Close to freeway, young adults loitering at entrance and littering.

“Easy to find, close to downtown area, clean room and stocked kitchen needs.”

• Close and accessible to highway.
• Hotel was not staffed 24 hours as initially informed by staff member.

“At arrival, there was no one at the desk. A phone was in the hallway advising us to call a number for late check in. From the hallway I could hear the phone ringing. About 5-10 minutes later, a young man pulls up and jumps out of the car and said he works at the hotel. He was not in uniform and didn't seem very professional. That just set the tone for the entire stay. Otherwise this hotel has all the basics you'll need for a one night stay. I wouldn't recommend anything longer.”

• Location was very convenient for my purposes.
• No maid service and horrible shower curtain.

“It is what it is. Nothing fancy just a reasonably clean room with reasonable features. One thing to mention would be that they don't provide maid service unless you stay longer than 7 days and the shower curtain was horrible. It made if feel like you were taking a shower in a wet blanket because it was always wrapping around you.”

• Clean room, helpful staff, affordable price, great location and full kitchen.
• Minimal amenities.

“My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even printing out several different Map Quest directions for me. The hotel was also a short walk from Downtown and several arterials, making all travel easy and fast. It doesn't have some of the amenities you'd expect from a nicer hotel.”

• Good bed.
• Air conditioner did not work.

“Very utilitarian with a small kitchen in the room, the air conditioner could not cope and kept freezing up. Overall fair value for the money. It is clean and lots of towels. $5 daily for wireless. Small old style TV in the room. Coffee in the lobby. All fittings cheap and minimal.”

• Bed awful - plastic mattress pad! Noisy!

“Placed in handicap room. Bed has plastic mattresses pad that you will slide off of all night. Minimal comfort from furnishings.”

• Lack of service.

“This is an adequate hotel. Be advised - any room service will cost you extra. Staff is very polite. If you are planning on using the kitchenette, bring everything you might need - dish soap, salt & pepper, coffee filters, everything. There is a microwave, a toaster, and a 4-cup coffee maker provided. You'll probably want to wash the dishes provided before using them.”

• Clean room with convenient kitchenette area. Accommodating staff. Good location.
• There were no continental breakfast type items available for breakfast.

“This Extended Stay America is conveniently located. We were right off of a very busy intersection, but our room was quiet. It is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Because it is an Extended Stay, there was no daily maid service. Instead we were contacted so we could exchange clean towels each morning. This location would be a very good place for a family or a business traveler and not so much for a romantic traveler. Still, everything in the room worked perfectly (toilet, sink, shower) and there were no worries at any time. We were very happy to stay at this location and would do so again.”

• The Wi-Fi did not function well.

“It's nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in your room. The front desk was very helpful in locating businesses in the area and allowed me to print my web airline boarding pass. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi worked in fits and sputters.”

• Poor staff, every thing smelled bad.

“Wasn't greeted with a smile. They put me in the wrong room (smoking). They didn't want to move me because they were sold out, but I could change the next day if I wanted to come down and pay a $10 cleaning fee, but they certainly weren't going to make it easy. The hotel had funny smells, everywhere, aside from the room, the hallways and levitators had a bad odor.”

• Good location with easy access to Seattle and good availability of services surrounding hotel.
• Could hear noise, but sleeping with ear-plugs helped.

“I found the hotel convenient and suited for getting easily to Seattle. The room was clean and big, although hall-way carpets looked like they needed cleaning. There are lots of surrounding places to eat and shop. Front desk was pleasant and helped me with travel directions I needed. Overall, I felt the hotel gave me good value and service.”

• It was a good value. Very decent room.
• TV was way to small and the shower head was awful.

“Our stay was very nice. The room was a good value. The room was clean and neat. However the TV was on the small side and the shower head was not that great.”

• The staff was very helpful and friendly.
• No pool, restaurant, gym, hair dryer or any extras at all. As basic as basic gets!

“It is not for someone who wants to enjoy a night away. There is nothing fun about it! We were all very disappointed. The 2 star hotels that I have stayed at in the past such as comfort or quality Inn have been very nice with continental breakfast, pool, hair dryers etc.”
