• Good access from highway, central in nature.
• Hallways were gross, trash not picked up in hallway for 2 days.

“Housekeeping was garbage at this location, floors of hallways were dirty and cluttered. We arrived to find bags of garbage, beer cans and pizza boxes lining the halls in the building we were in, which were not picked up for the whole 2 days we were staying there. The stairways had room service dishes on the railings we got two double bed instead of one queen or king not romantic.”

• The layout.

“Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel, but the fire alarm went off the first night and we had to evacuate the building at 3:00 am! It was a false alarm but still it was annoying having to jump out of the bed like that.”

• Quiet, clean, comfortable room
• The beds were FULL NOT QUEEN!!

“I was very dissapointed to have been told that the beds were queen when in fact they were full. I loved the king sized bed last time I stayed but the full size was VERY dissapointing!”

• Clean, comfortable bed
• A/C and TV performed poorly

“Made of up several two-story buildings, this hotel functions much more as a motel than a hotel. Regardless, the hotel room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the A/C unit in the room did not fully distribute its cooling throughout the entire room, and the television was misprogrammed and would always come on with blaring static noise when powered on. Aside from those problems, the hotel was nice for the price paid.”

• Double rooms were not available. They gave us an extra bed for free and free vouchers for breakfast. Staff was friendly.
• The way to get in and out of the hotel parking lot by car is a bit tricky.

“It is a nice cozy hotel for the price we paid. They were kind enough to offer us an extra cot for free and free breakfast for all of us for not finding a 2 queen room for us. Hotel is clean, swimming pool is clean with fresh clean towels. Kids had fun swimming every afternoon. Hotel well located near highway and 20 minutes to Seattle downtown.”

• Difficult to turn into from main street.

• Bed was comfy and nice linens.
• Pool water was too cold, no hot tub, key cards stopped working.

“Nice hotel, old but kept up. My non smoking room smelt like smoke, but the beds were very comfy even though they were doubles instead of queens. Staff and grounds were nice, internet worked great. Limited cable channels but TVs are on a swivel. Overall nice hotel, but not a 3 star in my opinion, more like a 2.5”

• It was nice enough, but we stayed at a Hilton by the airport the night before for less & it was so much nicer.
• It was pretty routine,
  I expected it to be a little nicer for 3 stars.

“Your basic motel, can park near the door to the building where your room is. Nice pictures in the hallway and fairly basic bedding etc.
I missed having a comforter. But it did look just like their website.”

• No elevators, bad attitude of staff.

“When I got there late at night, the front desk made a comment that it was a good thing that I was in good shape because I was going to have to carry my luggage up the stairs as they don't have an elevator. The next morning there was no electricity and the staff seems uncaring about the inconvenience. I would not stay there ever again.”
