• The convenient location to the freeway.
• The bedding was shredded underneath mattress, cheap thin towels and icky bedding.

“This was okay but was a little worn and shabby.”

• Outside appearance, the on line pictures were deceiving.

• The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean.
• The outside doesn't look anything like the website.

“The hotel doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is close to a shopping mall and easy access on and off the freeway. I would stay here again.”

• Fresh clean smelling rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful large bath sheets, good location.
• Security was a little worrisome and strange- very easy for anyone to get into main hallways without even being registered guests.

“The only real thing that was not very reassuring was the security setup. It was very easy for anyone to get into the main hallways without a cardkey. Overall our stay was comfortable and I would stay there again.”

• Convenient to auto lots.
• Parking lot hard to get out of. Steep exit.

“About what we expected. Broken shelves in bathroom about like other inexpensive hotels. Travelodge, motel 8 ¿”

• Good service, excellent and clean room, location.
• Old, noisy, common areas look rundown, erratic water temperature; hear creaking sound when some one walks upstairs.

“Good location, very close to downtown. Clean and nice rooms with good TV programming, free wireless. Some common areas of this hotel make it appear rundown. The floors are creaky. A renovation can make this place immaculate. Water temperature while bathing is erratic. Wireless network had excellent speed but was down for one of the 3 nights I stayed.”

• Close to the things I wanted to see.
• Room key kept not working.

“Had trouble trying to explain to staff that I wanted the room cleaned one day, did not understand English. The room keys would not work over and over again and had to be re-computerized. Plugged in the coffee maker and blew the fuse once. Quite hilarious. loved the garden atmosphere, the exercise room was closed so no work out. ”

• The bartender that night was a great person to talk to about the big game!
• The chair in the corner by the bed, not in a good spot.

“Surprised to find out that this was a Ramada that had not been remodeled. It was scruffy on the outside, but great on the inside. Very quite even with the traffic outside on the freeway. The evening staff was funny and great to talk with; the morning staff needed something to cheer them up.”

• Very nice upgrades to rooms and facility.
• Right next to the major freeway.

“Older building with nice upgrades that are very well maintained and give the rooms the feel of a moderate to upper scale business hotel. Very efficient and professional staff. Much nicer on the inside than the older building would lead you to believe.”

• Location, convenience, common places were clean and attractive, met my expectations.
• Hotel looks like they are updating rooms, my room was not updated, exercise room was not inviting. View was of parking lot and building next door.

“I enjoyed my stay there, staff was friendly and helpful. Common areas were comfortable and appealing. The price was unbeatable. Felt a measure of security in this hotel. The location was perfect for my stay in Bellevue. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.”

• Plenty of hot water.
• Dirty, noisy, nothing worked, faucet leaked, toilet ran, and so on.

“This was a dirty, run down hotel with beds as hard as ironing boards. The heater was noisy, the staff were hot and cold, some nice, some rude. The restaurant was nice but not many options on the menu.”

• Down comforters on the bed with cover so I know it was washed.
• No bathtub.

“Loved the hotel. Internet was easy to connect to, good channel selection, great location and easy check in and out process.”

• The staff was very courteous and accommodating to our requests.
• Several door frames needed paint.

“This is an older business class hotel that has had some renovation and looks good, especially for the star level. The guest and the lobby received most of the upgrades. I believe this hotel is underrated at 2 stars for the area.”

• Rooms are kind of small for all the great stuff in them.

• Right off the freeway and beds were comfortable.
• No elevator to top floor, out of date decor, smelly room.

“It's an okay place to stay if you just need to put up your feet, but I wouldn't go there to "escape" or for the luxuries. Friendly staff and great location (right off the 405) but the hotel's website sure makes it look about 10 times better then it really is.”
