• The location was perfect.
• They did not make bed one night.

“An ok 1 star. The carpets were stained and the alarm clock and radio was unplugged behind the bed. In the middle of a 5 night stay, they did not clean room or make the bed one night. Free newspapers to the first to get there.”

“A hooker showed up at my door the second night I stayed there. Would not stay there ever again. Had to change rooms as the TV was not working correctly.”

“This is strictly an economy hotel. I would only stay here when there is no where else to stay. It is ok, but there has to be better options.”

• The architecture is great and, if cleaned up and parking lot swept and shrubs trimmed and weeded, this could be a nice place.
• It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and some unsavory people were on the balcony directly above us smoking. No locks on door, window. Stinks.

“The Department of Health needs to visit this hotel and close it down. Parking lot has never been swept. Thousands of cigarette butts. Other guests or renters were loud, constantly had a cigarette in hand. One had a loud motorcycle which he started every few minutes. Toilet not clean. Not a place where a person would want to spend the night.”

• Walking distance to restaurants, quiet room.
• Landscaping around hotel was not maintained, planters filled with weeds and trash.

“I would rate this hotel as average. There are much worse ones in the sea-tac area.”

• Had a clean bed and internet access.

“Good if there is absolutely no place else in WA to stay at least the bathroom and bed were clean and the Internet access worked. Otherwise, Scary!”

“This hotel was a dump. There was one across the street for $20 / night that looked better. Customer service was poor. To rate this a 1-star is too high this is a 0-star hotel.”

• It was in Washington State near I-5.
• Stinky smoking room with tiny flat pillows laid on a swayback bed.
