• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• There was a lot of noise in the evening, possibly from the restaurant outsides.

“Overall a good experience with friendly helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable, but the carpet did have some stains and there was a lot of people noise in the evening.”

• No pool currently for leisure travelers.

“No pool. Disappointing to leisure travelers. Not very fair as there was no cancellation allowed when it was confirmed. Very disappointing.”

• Great staff, great location and close to Seattle, LA Fitness pass.
• Nothing.

“The room is spacious, modern, LCD screen, clean, great bed. Public areas are safe, clean and neat. Location is extremely convenient in a very nice area, restaurants, bars; bowling, theaters, billiards and mall are a short walk. Convenient to highway if going to Seattle.”

• Swimming pool under renovation; Concierge does not seem to be very knowledgeable about the area.

• Bathroom was designed and finished amazingly.
• The concierge was not helpful and did not provide any useful experience.

“The concierge seemed bothered when we asked him a question. We inquired about a good family breakfast. He simply mentioned the nearby chain restaurant with no thought. We knew the chain restaurant did not offer a breakfast menu. The concierge was more focused on continue his phone conversation. The concierge was working on Monday afternoon May 26, 2008. I will not advocate any of my friends to stay at the Hyatt location.”

• The room were spotless and odorless.
• The security guards at every door of the hotel.

“Overall great value and outstanding rooms for Bellevue, make a trip to Seattle cost half as much, for twice the room. Would recommend to anyone I travel with.”

• Excellent lobby, Great shopping around the hotel.
• Did not have a great business center.

“Hotel is situated in Bellevue with fine shopping and a good assortment of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is well appointed and the beds are exceptional.”

“The hotel is your typical Hyatt Regency in a suburban location. Very nicely kept up and attractive rooms. Very comfortable heating and air conditioning and top of the line linens. All in all a very nice value for the $.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The room was poorly remodeled and slightly dirty.

“The parking garage for the hotel is difficult to find, and the woman on the phone was no help in finding it. Not to mention it is $16.00 a night to park. The hotel lobby was very nice and clean and the staff that helped us where very friendly people. They advertise a multi million dollar remodel but they did it very poorly. They cut a lot of corners, the smoke detectors looked like they where from the 80's and they charged almost 10 dollars for wireless internet. But up the upside the bed was very comfortable. Our room was very dusty and there where fingerprints and smudges on the windows. We also ordered room service and the food was no where worth what they charged for it. Checkout is at noon but housekeeping starts knocking on doors at 10 trying to get you out.”
