• Staff was kind and helpful.
• Room items crowded small area. Room was disgustingly dirty.

“I was greeted and treated well upon my arrival. That was the best part of the stay. As I entered room noticed how cramped it was as I walked through. Bed wasn't comfortable. Location of all the features wasn't placed well. Light switches were difficult to locate. Bathroom wasn't cleaned; toilet still had debris from last visitor hair was on the shower curtain and the wall of the shower. Hair and stains were found on the bed skirt. Rug was not properly vacuumed Could hear the folks in the hallway and in the other rooms. So privacy wasn't all that great. I stayed at this location before and didn't have a problem, but will give them one more chance to improve.”

• The staff was very helpful. The accommodations met all our needs.
• Our remote for the TV didn't work and maintenance never resolved the problem while we were there.

• Free breakfast, including hot food! Also, we had a kitchenette!
• No hot tub.

• The free breakfast.
• Beds were stained and disgusting. Bath tub had lot of molds.

“It's outward look was nice. Rooms were nice except the pull out bed was disgusting and the bathrooms were in bad need of mold remover. Overall it was a nice hotel with some deep cleaning issues.”

• The complimentary breakfast.
• It didn't have a oven and the room had a lot of hair all over, like it didn't get vacuumed.

“Overall it was in a good location, it was quiet and the workers were all friendly. The mini kitchen wasn't very well stocked with cooking utensils. Our room wasn't very clean, drawers were dirty in the inside, the carpet had a lot of long hair all over. If our room would have been clean it wouldn't have been that bad.”

• Huge rooms with kitchen!
• Room smelled like curry (but I like curry).

“Very surprised at the level of everything in this hotel for the price. Service was prompt and friendly. Amenities were all there and more, breakfast was delicious. Hotel was nice and quiet. Rooms were huge, I can't get over the size of the rooms. Complete with a nice couch and sitting area and kitchen. Would be delighted to stay at this place again.”

• Unclean bed sheet, torn sofa, stained cutlery.

“Good hotel overall except that linen (bed sheet) had stains, cups had permanent stain. Nice staff and good breakfast.”

• Convenient and affordable, having a kitchen is very helpful.
• Sink was not inside the bathroom rather right outside.

“I recommend this hotel for people who want his convenience of home at an affordable rate. I like the layout of the room and the couch was great!”

• Close to shopping, had pool.
• Beds were a bit to hard.

“The one problem was that the air conditioner was not labelled so I thought the unit in the wall was the actual air conditioner and did not notice the control in another area of the room that actual controlled the air conditioner so it was set at heat and the room was quite hot in the night. I mentioned to the staff the next morning and they told me about the switch on the wall and I suggested they put signs in the rooms indicating the unit on the wall was just a fan and the air conditioner control was on the wall. They said they are planning on doing this.”

• Room was so small bed was almost touching the wall on one side. TV was hard to watch due to location.

“Fine for a short business trip or an overnight due to home being remodeled.”

• Small mushy pillows.

“This was one of the nicest ESAs I have stayed at. Friendly staff, good location, the room was very clean and well maintained, comfortable bed and the free breakfast (eggs, sausage, juice, bagels, etc.) was an unexpected surprise. The room would rival those found at Courtyard and LaQuinta - not your typical ESA. Based on this visit, would stay here again.”

• The daytime staff was wonderful, very helpful and attentive.
• The nighttime staff seemed unable to solve problem.

“The hotel is clean and sell maintained. The daytime staff was helpful. Unfortunately the nighttime staff did not seem as well trained when we were there, however when I spoke with the day staff they fixed the problem. The hotel only provided weekly room cleaning service while you are there. If you want daily service you can pay for it. Overall I really liked my stay and would recommend it to others.”

• I would have liked if there was available computer use.

“This location is nestled off the 405. Surprisingly enough there is another Extended Stay of America located on the other side of the free way. I went to both locations and this location is cleaner. Friendly and quite. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Breakfast is served, (bagel, sausage, eggs, etc. Small but very nice and thoughtful).”

• The staff was very helpful, the swimming pool was heated and the rooms were clean with all of the amenities that were needed.
• Nothing, oh may be adding a hot tub.
