• I had surgery that day and ice machine in room was broken. We were moved promptly.
• Could not view TV from both bed and pull out couch. 2 people couldn't watch at same time.

• No room cleaning service.

“Small room with a kitchenette. Rooms are decent. The hotel public areas are ok. They have laundry, which is a plus. On the negative side, the rooms are moderately sized - not spacious. There is no daily room cleaning service. Overall, the hotel is decent for folks who just need a bath and a bed.”

• The room was filthy, staff was rude.

“Our stay at this hotel was awful. Upon arrival, well after check in time they didn't have clean rooms available. The room we were booked in to was dirty. The hotel has a policy that they do not guarantee non-smoking rooms for anyone booking a room. The bed was horrible, saggy and lumpy. The linens smelled of sour milk and were stained.”

• The room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and the price was great.

“The hotel was clean; the staff was very helpful and very friendly. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. I was on a business trip and the kitchen table/desk worked out great for my computer, printer and desk needs. I stayed for well over a week and found the efficiency kitchen with dishes a wonderful bonus that I wasn't expecting.”

• My first room smelled like a cat or dog had stayed too long.

“Great for business travelers needing long term stay facilities. Located very close to necessities like restaurants, coffee, groceries, shops and banks; and very convenient to I-405 freeway access. Lots of parking. Not shiny, new or upscale, but practical, as the basic necessities for a busy business traveler are all there. A bit worn on the edges, but I can overlook that for the star rating; besides, the staff are really nice and helpful.”

• Clean and great access, breakfast.
• I expected more for breakfast. It was cold and not kept refreshed.

• The staff was wonderful and the continental breakfast was good.
• The couch was dirty and the bed made me itch. The room had a strange smell.

“Overall, it was just ok. The location is good and the employees were terrific. If you are looking for a place just to crash, this would be it, but if you are looking for something more romantic, you will find yourself disappointed. The couch was dingy, the bed was hard, and nothing in the room really smelled clean. The shower curtain reeked of urine too. I just didn't understand the overall strange smell of the room and had to keep the fan on at all times to try to rid of the smell. I wish that I could've cracked the window, but it was sealed shut!”

“The first room we were given was not clean, we had to change rooms. The room phone didn't work, they said it would be fixed, and it still didn't work. They said we could use the lobby phone but it was for in house calls only. We couldn't call out.”

• Desk clerk was somewhat "programmed".

“Great facility with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Dishes were not clean, even though they had been washed. Location was good, with easy access to area.”

• Our room didn't just look clean; it felt clean, as well.
• Firm beds are great, but hard on older bones. A softer foam layer on top would make them perfect.

“Our room was clean, quiet, tastefully decorated and well furnished, with a well designed layout. Staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. I would gladly recommend this facility to family and friends.”

• Needed some maintenance in room.

“The person that checked us in tried to add on an extra charge for the room. We had called the hotel specifically stating the need for 2 beds in the room. She said they never "guarantee" that a 2 bed room would be available and always charge an extra $10 per night above what the room rate is. I told her that we were already pre paid and would not be paying any additional fees. After she decided we were serious she decided not to pursue the extra money issue any further.”
