• Lobby was very nice, and the front desk person was very helpful.
• No swimming pool

• The location to the marina.
• Poorest service and cleanliness I have ever experienced. Nothing was done to clean the room or fix the broken items even after I complained to the front desk.

“Our room had a piece of half eaten hard candy stuck to the night stand from the previous guest and the sound machine did not work. I told the front desk about this and nothings was done to fix either one. The hard candy was still there when we went back for our reserved second night. Also the lobby is very loud at night and I complained about this also. A higher end hotel would have moved us to a better, cleaner room to keep us happy. I would not go back to this hotel. My money is better spent else where. ”
