“I requested a non-smoking room. When I arrived they put me in a room they said was non-smoking for a month. The smell of the room and the hallway was still very smoky. When I asked for another room, they said they did not have one. It was only after I said I was leaving that suddenly a room became available. Also both time I was given keys to the rooms, they did not work and I had to go back to the lobby to get new keys. It took 4 trips to the lobby to check in.”

“The room we had been assigned was the first door next to an old rickety elevator. We requested a room change, and the front desk was kind enough to give us a room in the taller tower 3 doors away from the elevator. It was a small room, but clean and the bed was comfortable. We were pleased with the overall stay after the room change.”

“We have never really stayed in a hotel before, this was our first family vacation. So we don't have anything to compare it to. However, when we go back we hope to stay here.”

“Very nice hotel in a very desirable location. We like how safe the neighborhood was and the location relative to the Light rail.”

“Overall, it is a good hotel. The room was standard but the bathroom was a bit old. Everything was clean.”

“This hotel was great overall. There were a couple of minor details that could have been better: coffee bar seemed to always be out of one coffee or the other, the room smelled a bit musky upon arrival (but it went away after we kicked on the air), and no continental breakfast was available. That being said, the beds were really comfortable, rooms were clean, housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and location and ease of accessing the freeway was perfect.”

“This was the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The shower drain was clogged. The staff acted annoyed that I asked that it be fixed. I was staying 2 nights but they checked me out after one night. Got that straightened out. Found dog poop on carpet in hallway. No breakfast. Coffee was offered with no lids. Don't stay here if you have any other option!”

“We enjoy very much coming to the Holiday Inn. It is in a great location for where we like to shop/dine and it's a very pleasant place to be.”

“I stayed two nights. I probably would stay elsewhere. Very loud hotel with it being next to the interstates. The bathroom was so small that toilets came with an inch of the door. I asked for a 2.5 star hotel and was upgraded to a 3 star. I didn't ask for this. Most 2.5 stars offer hot/continental breakfasts.”

“We stayed in the south wing, which seemed vintage 1970s. Exceptionally clean but clearly old, repainted over old paint and chipping, peeling areas of wallpaper. The front desk staff was phenomenal, however. They made special parking arrangements for me because I had expensive bikes and other items in my car and I was worried about theft; they just overall were friendly and helpful.”

“I would not associate your business with this hotel. I normally do not complain but I felt the staff were extremely rude and very bad at customer service.”

“I would not recommend this hotel for families. We like to stay where there is a continental breakfast. Restraint expensive. Holiday Inn expresses much better.”

“Nice lobby. Asked to
change the room to a larger one. Was told nothing was available.”

“Well this hotel was ok. The maid should check with the front desk to make sure people have checked out, or see that there is a newspaper still in front of the room. When I was in the bathroom I noticed that whoever remolded never finished painting. The tile job in there looked like it was falling apart. Toilet had to be double flushed however everything worked and was operational. I would not stay here again just because of the fact I saw other hotels that were better looking, had continental breakfast, and they were cheaper.”
