• It met my basic needs and the staff was friendly.
• The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke.

• Location was good, restaurant was excellent, older property but good overall.
• Window air conditioning units.

• Comfortable bed Good Restaurant Easy freeway access.
• Poor area - not safe for walking.

“The lobby and rooms were very attractive and clean. It was helpful to receive a $5.00 off for the adjoining restaurant. The area around the hotel was dirty and had many street wanderers around. Room internet connection was convenient.”

• This location was perfect for my business in the area.
• Was put on the far end of the hotel near freeway. Sometimes noisy.

“All in all, the hotel was perfect for my needs. Clean, centrally located, DSL a little slow but effective. Food at Yankee Grill was good but a little pricey - expected for hotel attached restaurant.”

• General area and welcome was excellent.
• No shampoo or conditioner in the room. Small but adequate room size.

“Nice, but nothing memorable. Dining facilities were under renovation. Service was fine.”

• Friendly staff.
• Room was not serviced until we requested. With white cotton bedspread it felt like a hospital room.

“Minimal furnishings. No extra bed skirt or decor color. Stark, minimal room. Small square footage. Poorest 3 stars we have experienced.”

• Convenient location, easy access to room.

“1st assigned room had a "stale" smell and view of roof top only, but room was changed upon request. Staff were very nice. Room was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel.”

• The lobby was well kept.
• The exercise room was poor.

“The accommodations were okay. The staff was pleasant. But they didn't give me new soap everyday. Now whets up with that. The exercise room was a complete after thought. I've stayed two star hotels that were better.”

• The staff was awesome, so friendly!
• I wasn't too crazy about the location.

“This hotel was great; the staff was more than attentive. The room was nice, kept up well, and the bed was comfortable. I ate at the restaurant there, and found the food and service better than expected. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Downtown Seattle without traffic, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores near by. For the price and location, I'd definitely stay there again.”

• The staff was very professional and friendly. Hotel is nice and in an excellent location for my needs.
• I did not have any issues with this hotel.

“This hotel is excellent for the business traveler. It has easy access to the 405 freeway, and 167 to connect to various destinations in the area. It is clean and comfortable and located in a safe area, close to restaurants, a mall, grocery stores, and most other establishments that could be needed while on the road. The staff is professional and extremely courteous and friendly. While I did not try the restaurant, several people (other customers and staff) on site recommended it. I have stayed here several times over the years, and have and will continue to recommend it to others.”

• Th staff was very helpful and friendly; also I appreciated the free shuttle service within a 5 mile radius and to the airport.
• My room was a little small.

• Comfortable bed! Pool great!
• No microwave/small room.

“It was nice but not a 3 as requested. Small room facing freeway, no microwave or little fridge. Staff very friendly. Was worth the price.”

• Convenient to shopping, highway, restaurants.
• Unresponsive hotel staff.

“I have stayed at this hotel in the past with my family. For the price, it was an affordable option. However, on this recent visit, I left the room at 1pm, and returned at 1:30 am to find my room uncleaned. Moreover, food in the room trash can have spoiled. The on-duty desk clerk came upstairs to dump the trash and offered me clean sheets to that "I" could make-up my bed-nice (not). Upon checking out, I informed the on-duty clerk who simply apologized-no offer of any restitution, meal, nothing. All I can say is that you get what you pay for at this facility-nothing more.”

• Huge parking for my rig. awesome bed/linens.
• The restaurant served dirty dishes and flat beer.

“Great hotel. I will stay here more. It is so convenient for me. They had plenty of room for me to park me 18 wheeler. I wish I had known of this hotel 2 years ago.”

• I liked the location.
• Pool was out of order for our duration of stay. Fixtures in room were old. Doors were very flimsy.

“Room and doors need to be renovated. Bathrooms are very narrow. Only 1 person at one time.”

• The lobby was nice.
• No fan in bathroom, stains on walls, wallpaper peeling, no where near a 3 star.

“The lobby and entrance is the only thing nice about this hotel. The staff was ok. I've stayed at nicer 1 star hotels. The curtains didn't even close all the way. So, sleeping in was out of the question. There were stains on the walls and the wallpaper was peeling in the corners of the rooms. There was no fan in the bathroom and the thermostat didn't work. I will never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone. Stick with the one star sleep inn's in the area they're much nicer and will save you money.”
