• Friendly staff with good communication skills.
• Bad cable system. TV is lousy even for 2-star hotel.

“Enjoy staff's courteous gesture. Good location next to airport but nothing else. Don't expect free Internet or good breakfast (can't find anything other than old apples and oranges, and coffee (no tea). Use RF modulator with DVD player, with lousy quality. No swimming pool or jacuzzi.”

• The full kitchen was great.
• Location was
  not good for people using public transportation at night.

“This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I wanted a place with a kitchen so I didn't have to live on fast food, and I was shocked that it not only had a fridge, stove, microwave and sink, but also all the basic utensils and dishes including a pot and pan to prepare and eat with! I will return to this location anytime I travel to the area.”

• Large rooms.

• Convenient.
• The maid must have forgotten to empty the trash bin. And there were dirty dishes in the sink before we came into the room.

“The continental breakfast is much to be desired no fruit, no juice etc. For a deluxe this is not acceptable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.”

• Easy access to the Oakland airport.
• Hard to find at first.

“The staff are exceptionally helpful and competent. It is extremely close to the Oakland airport. The hotel seems a little out of the way off the highway, but once you see how close you are to the airport, it's all good.”

• Cheap.

“Had all the bare necessities, except shampoo. The room had a big bed with fairly uncomfortable sheets. The TV was nice and the room was great for a one night overnight stay.”

• Small kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge and coin laundry.
• The carpet looked greasy and dirty, no morning calls, room air smells unpleasant, bed cover color was too dark and carpet alike.

“Small kitchen and it's a very nice place to stay if you bring a family and want to stay several days there. But the carpet looks really dirty and the color of the bed cover is very ugly.”

“The hotel was in a nice location and close to the airport. The room was spacious with great amenities and the morning desk clerk was unhelpful when trying to get ground transportation to my next destination.”
