• Staff were friendly.
• Continental breakfast not offered on weekend, had to pay for internet, given a smoking room.

“Not impressed. The continental breakfast was only offered Mon-Fri (e.g. not on weekends). Internet was $5 extra, and the desk clerk suggested we not get it because it was so slow. We were given a smoking room because no non-smoking rooms were available. Not a great location (about a 20-30 minute drive to downtown). Would not go back.”

• Quiet, it was away from the freeway.
• The dishes & glasses were dirty. Nothing worked! We had to ask them twice to fix DVD player.

“It's an ok hotel. The rooms are small if there is more than 2 of you. Having the kitchen is wonderful, but look at your dishes before you start to serve dinner.”

• Staff was very friendly and informative. Nice little continental breakfast.
• Bed was hard, kitchen and bathroom areas were not clean.

“Should be a 1*. This hotel is off the main areas of Renton. It's very attractive from the outside. The lobby area is appealing. The staff was very friendly and informative. The light breakfast was good. The biggest problem with this hotel is cleanliness in the kitchen and bathroom. Also, didn't feel real safe there. Protect your belongings!”

• The friendly staff.
• The bathroom could have been cleaner (drawers).

“I was just an overnight guest there to pick up a family member from the airport. The street was safe, and very quiet. I very much liked that as I was a single traveler getting there late at night. The bed was real comfy, and so was the other furniture. The only thing I would suggest is to have the cleaning service make sure that all drawers in the bathroom are wiped out. It did look very functional though, and I was told by another guest that the oven temp was spot on if I was planning on baking.”

• Convenient location for business in Renton.
• Despite the fact that I had a non-smoking room, it had been smoked in and not cleaned very well.

“Easy to get to, this Extended Stays hotel once again convinces me that there is no standard for this chain other than the description of the manager. This one was decent and represented a good value for the area.”

• It was like an apartment, not a hotel.

“It's clean and roomy but make sure you take everything you need with you. I had to go buy a bottle of shampoo because I expected to have it at the hotel.”

• Very spacious, liked having a kitchen, never really need to leave the hotel it has it all! Very clean, felt cozy, very relaxing!
• The latest you can check out is 11:45 am. Hotel staff was a bit rude when asked for late check out.

“Excellent for a get a way or for the family. Very clean spacious rooms and having a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and microwave gives you the comfort of home. Would highly recommend.”

“Not friendly. Not safe. Nobody available for late check-in. We stood outside for more than 2 hours in the midnight. No apology from the manager after that. Our room is not cleaned up when we came in and the manager won't do anything about that. Totally a disaster, never go there again!”

• Clean room, nice kitchenette, nice pool/patio.
• Sheets were a little small for bed and therefore slipped off mattress.

“This is an excellent extended stay hotel for business travelers. Kitchen facility in room is spacious and convenient. Pet friendly hotel. Quiet rooms. Easy access to freeway.”

• The bed was fantastic and the room very large and comfy. Also great furniture.
• No close restaurant.

• Liked location, everything available for an extended stay!
• That the lobby closed early and you had to pay for internet.

“What staff I met was helpful. Because of my late arrival, they had a gal from housekeeping greet me and give key. The next morning on the phone front office was not so helpful, but when I went down and explained what happened they rose to the location. It was nice and clean and very well stocked in the kitchen.”

• Good value for the money and they moved us from a smoking to a non-smoking.
• The pillows smelled of another man's cologne.

“The breakfast ended 15 minutes before it was supposed to, and it was supposed to be a large breakfast and it wasn't. It was just continental. And the pillows smelled of cheap cologne when we checked in, leading us to ask if it had been cleaned. Overall, though, decent accommodations.”

• Heat was not working in room so I had to use the stove to heat the room.

• Very clean.
• Service was slow and poor.

“Not only was service slow and poor. We were forced to move after the hotel refused to address the noise above us. We asked nicely three times to have the upstairs guest stop stomping and moving furniture and after they didn't have the class to do so, We had to get dressed in the middle of the night and move to a less comfortable room. Needless to say, we left the property for a more comfortable nights sleep.”
