• Convenient general location.
• The bathroom was small and had some stains in the tub.

“The location was a little weird since it was not right off the road but the customer service was excellent. The room was standard and very clean.”

• It smelled terrible, We were giving the wrong room, and Elevator was scary.

• I thought I was getting an indoor pool, it would be better if the pool was inside.

• The staff was very friendly and informed, great breakfast.
• Was not marked very well as far as finding the hotel from the main road.

“The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful day and night. The continental breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of items. It was a very enjoyable stay.”

• The room was updated and very nice looking.
• The walls seems thin as we could hear the neighbors talking.

• Very good price, nice computer area.
• Hard to get to. Pool does not open until 10 a.m.

“Very hard to locate the hotel off of the freeway. Pool does not open until 10:00 a.m. The hotel seems overstaffed. Although they are very friendly.”

• Checking out it was a dump.
• They had my reservation but would not honor the price They said it was winter rates and summer rates were $85 not $59 final charge was $70.

“They were rude. Three people left while I was there. The OWNER did not accept my $59 rate I purchased from you, even when I showed him my computer confirmation printout. He said that was his winter rate. They had the reservation but no credit card information so they said they did not have to honor the price and I would have to get the money from you. All hotels were sold out I had no choice but to pay $70, they wanted $85. The elevator smelled like Urine. The rooms were dumps. Caulking falling off showers. TV which was cable only got 6 channels. I want a refund for the difference which is $11.00. It is not the money IT is the HASSLE I WENT THROUGH TO GET A ROOM THAT WAS ALREADY RESERVED. I don't know if I will use your service again if it is not honored by Hotel. Call me about my refund (509) 270-1110 or e-mail me mheppler@hotmail.com”

• The Korean man was professional. He showed us our room to make sure we were satisfied before we signed the contract. That was awesome!
• When we came home one night, the battery in the door lock was broken so we had to wait two hours to go to bed. It'd be nice to be compensated for this
