“If you are looking for a basic, good hotel, just a few miles from the SEATAC airport, this could be the hotel for you. Try to avoid first floor rooms, the pool and work out rooms are there, and there is a peculiar smell. From the back side of the hotel, you can see and hear passing trains. A good fit for our train loving 5 year old.”

• We loved the pool.
• Could use updated rooms.

“Great for family's pool was very nice not to much chlorine. The breakfast was nice and the area was kept up and clean.”

• Very family friendly.
• The continental breakfast was very disappointing.

“The continental breakfast was a closet compared to other quality inns. We look forward to our biscuits and gravy and were disappointed. We travel almost weekly for sports competitions and have always stayed at a quality inn. The pool, Jacuzzi, and workout room was perfect for the family.”

• Location.
• Breakfast room was like a closet. Food was scarce. Staff was scarce.

• It was close to a store.
• The staff was not nice and it had spiders!

“There was a huge spider in our bathroom and my four year old daughter found it. There was a smashed up spider on the wall of the pool facility and there were not any towels. The manager on duty was not friendly at all and the breakfast had 2 bananas, 1 hardboiled egg and a couple of pieces of bread. It was just I and my 8 year old son and 4 year old daughter. We could not have eaten even if we wanted to. I only stayed at this one because I enjoyed the Federal way hotel so much and they were booked. I even went back to the Federal way hotel on 7/13/07 with my kids for a stay.”

• Charging me twice for the hotel.
