• The staff was incredibly hospitable.
• There weren't any suites with cook tops.

“The Executive Inn & Suites is fantastic. I am working on site at a local business and I needed to find a place to stay for 3 months. I first tried this out on Priceline so I could check out other places before making a decision. I checked out 12 other locations both hotels and apartments and this was by far the best place for the money. I was able to return my rental car since they have shuttle service from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (even on the weekends). The director of sales showed me the area and places to eat. The entire staff has been very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.”

• Breakfast buffet was adequate. Environment clean.
• Very small television in room.

“The hotel was functional and would come back to again and recommend at Priceline rates. Staff unobtrusive and helpful when needed. Rooms were satisfactory, cross between business traveler and family tourist motel, with mini refrigerator and microwave in room, very small television. Thank you.”

“We have stayed at this hotel before because it is a convenient drive from the hotel to where our children live. The hotel is not fancy, but it is clean and comfortable and the staff is pleasant. It is a good value for the money, and especially so at the rate we obtained through Priceline.”

• I loved the bath tub/shower. The room was very comfortable and stylish. Loved the radio!
• I did not like the bathroom where the toilet was. The light was in the wrong spot. I sat in the dark a lot.

• I loved the spacious room and big bathroom however was surprised the TV was not fat screen the only disappointment.

“Great location for event on coast guard island nice view of water, nice over size room and bath outstanding free breakfast great and lobby well decorated very tasteful, would stay again in a Heartbeat!”

• The shuttle service was great!
• It was frustrating sometimes with the lack of English speakers who worked at the hotel.

“It was clean and the continental breakfast was good. There were 9 of my family members staying there and it was a great location especially with the shuttle taking us to the ferry and to the BART station the airport.”

• Was a nice clean room at a good price.
• Offer a continental breakfast, but they take it down to early even earlier than the hour they posted as available.

“Not a fancy hotel, but very clean and comfortable at an affordable price. Great views of the bay, and convenient location to freeway access and close to downtown San Francisco with an easy commute.”

“I took the less expensive room but was disappointed in the noise level from the freeway. It went on all night and I didn't sleep well. I will stay there again but get a room on the other side next time.”

• They recommended a good restaurant off the property.
• They were supposed to have airport shuttle service.

“I called to specifically inquire about airport shuttle service (my husband is disabled and this is a requirement for our travel). They told me yes, but neglected to inform me of the conditions, which I felt were most important, i.e., that they are not provided 24 hours a day, as other hotels we have stayed in. We ended up having to pay $45 for a cab to the airport. Plus we were ignored regarding our wake up call, the earthquake occurred, the hotel had no power, we were on the second floor, we had no assistance in getting our baggage, and my husband (who is in a wheelchair) downstairs. They were less than accommodating. I would never stay there again and never recommend it to anyone. Another guest informed me that three out of four mornings he was there, the hotel did not honor his wake up calls, either.”
