• Kitchenettes, unfortunately we never got to use them.
• Smell, dirty, stained sheets and carpet, dirty bathroom, noisy AC unit, dirty motel.

“My husband thought he selected non-smoking and first night we were put in a smoking rooms that smelled, dirty, stained sheets, torn comforter, noisy AC unit, broken window.”

• It met all my specific needs!
• The staff could use a bit more polishing when it comes to customer service!

“The guest laundry facilities need a major updating overhaul! Maybe the employees can take to cleaning the common areas a bit more instead of sitting behind the desk, playing the PC or texting on their personal cell phones. Overall the hotel was great!”

“I'm not particularly picky when it comes to lodging, but this was the worst! There was stains down the side of the mattress along with part of the mattress hanging down to the floor. This room just made my skin crawl. If we had gotten there earlier in the evening, I would have checked out and found someplace else. I would never recommend this place to anyone!”

• Having a kitchen area in the hotel room was great while traveling with children and saved us money not having to eat out at every meal.
• Silverware in the room was dirty and towels were not refreshed.

“We had a strange experience arriving at the hotel. For starters there was a lot of road construction which made the place hard to get to. As we finally arrived at the hotel there was a deceased body being removed. I understand that things happen but my older children understood what was happening and were terrified. The hotel staff was not very helpful in explaining what had happened and I really wish that had removed the body out a back door or blocked the entrance until the body had been removed. All of things were not the hotels fault, I guess that we just had bad timing. After those initial incidents it was a good area close to downtown Seattle and the rooms had a very convenient kitchen and full size refrigerator where we were able to cook dinner in instead of going out every night. It was a nice change of place.”

• Kitchenette very convenient- saves money on food.
• No daily housekeeping no pool.

“This hotel was very good for the price. Staff was very polite. No daily housekeeping- making your own bed on vacation. No pool- this would have been nice for the kids. Using kitchenette saved lots of money- we were able to make breakfasts.”

• It has kitchenette and Laundromat, very good for budget travelers.
• Hotel location was not easy to find. Poor service of front desk.

“The hotel in general is okay. Nice to have kitchenette even though it's only bare bone stuff. I have problem finding the hotel so upon arrival, I asked the staff for a local map, and she said there isn't any. I asked for any printed matter from the hotel that helps to direct people to the hotel from the major highway and she still said there isn't any and didn't make any attempt to help me.”

• The amenities and the overall functionality of this hotel is excellent.
• Please have this hotel update the laundry facilities offered to their guests for their own personal use.

“I wasn't a bit disappointed the least bit, except when it came to the laundry room. The washer and dryer units were old, out-dated and where always breaking down (out of order) was tagged to nearly half of the washing units on any given night. After working 10-12 hrs the last thing you expect to do, is make a trip to the local laundry facility. But, I truly am happy with this hotel. My business stay here was very exceptional and accommodating. Thank you!”

• The staff was friendly.
• It was in a bad location, it seemed to be a wayward stop for newly arriving immigrants, room above my room must have had 5 kids in it, all jumping.

“Did not enjoy this hotel, bad location to Seattle, in a not so nice part of town, no good restaurants near by, loud occupants, check in staff at arrival very helpful, checkout staff next morning was not very friendly. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Crystal and Amanda were very accommodating and helped as much as they could.
• At check out time my friend and 2 yr old daughter were literally sitting on the curb waiting for transportation. This was not appropriated.

“My friend was in a life and death - domestic violence situation. For her safety of her child and herself I helped her to secure a stay at this hotel. It was located across the street from their employer. This was convenient but, after almost 10 day stay at Extended Stay - when check out rolled around, she was literally out on the street waiting for me to transport her luggage and daughter to the Homestead Suites and hotel. The weather was hot and humid. Next time, a waiting room should have been provided out of respect.”

“The coffee maker in this room had a used filter that had not been cleaned from the previous guest and therefore could not enjoy my morning coffee. I was expecting free internet service - but you have to pay about $5.00 for this.”
