“This hotel is a dump. Transferred from my first room due to strong rug cleaner smell. The desk staff wore shorts, was tattooed - high school drop-outs. My door frame was wood and busted; one lousy dinning room chair to sit in and no desk. Most of the guests (welfare families) smoked; the outside security lock did not work at night. The hall rig was dirty. If you go to the back of the hotel, where I stayed, it was a dump. Take this hotel off your list.”

“Saw the low ratings, gave it a try for the price. It exceeded my expectations. Not a great part of town, but nestled next to a golf course which makes it much better than anticipated. Friendly staff, clean room.”

“The hallways really stunk badly. The room was clean and the breakfast was all right. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient. It was all right, but the smell was offensive & unpleasant.”

“We didn't get a shuttle to the hotel, because the shuttle stops at 11p.m. and our flight came in at 11:15. Room was unpleasant, beds were old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful.”

“There were bums hanging out side and drugs in the hotel we locked the door and got out of there first thing in the morning. We didn't sleep one bit.”

“We did a "park n fly" and the young lady at the hotel counter was very rude to us both on the telephone and in person. We had to take a taxi from the airport because our flight was delayed and even though we called and told her and confirmed that we could call upon arrival for the free shuttle, when we called she said there was no shuttle for us because we had not given her 24 hour notice. When we arrived at the hotel (after a $29 taxi ride) the young lady also refused to let us cancel our next reservation with them. One month away after another trip. We asked to see the manager and he were very helpful, apologized, and adjusted our bill. We went to our room and found black mold on the tub/shower and a non-working lamp. The bed was clean; we were tired, showered and slept well. We passed on the "breakfast". We checked to make sure the young lady had indeed canceled our reservation for a month away and she had not, even though her manager told her to do so. We chose the motel because we had a two month trip and needed a good park n fly. We had chosen to be back after one month and then leave again. I have cancer and needed to return for a surgeon visit at UW hospital. Overall, the manager was very nice, but we would never choose this hotel again. The shuttle is not on demand and does not run on a regular schedule. You have to "book" the shuttle at least 24 hour in advance. If your flight is delayed, you will have to take a taxi to the motel.”

“My daughter and I arrived late at night after softball games and left early in the morning for more games. We were only there long enough to shower and sleep. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was adequate size so the hotel met our expectations exactly!”

“Continental breakfast consists of assorted muffins, makes your own waffles, raisin bran or frosted flakes, white or wheat toast, assorted fruits and your choice of orange juice or apple juice. Initially we were given a smoking room. I asked if they could move us to a non-smoking room and they gladly did so. In terms of location it is within a good distance of the SeaTac airport. Next door to the hotel is a bar, but I never saw anything during my 5 day stay. It is an older hotel. The carpet is from the 80¿s-90 and there are only stairs to get to the second floor. The workout facility consists of 2 bicycles and a treadmill. A grocery store is just a few blocks away and the room came with a small fridge to put frozen dinners in.”

“The room my two girls and I stayed in smelled and the beds looked to be old and falling apart. The room did not feel clean, carpet felt wet and smelled of mold. Even for a 1 star this looked like a roach motel.”

“Overall, it's a very good hotel - room cleanliness, over all atmosphere. However, if you're disabled they have no elevators (stairs only) and if their parking lot gets filled up they give away the disabled parking slots to whomever. So if you leave to eat or run to the store expect your disabled spot to disappear. Also, if you have a service animal expect to pay an extra $15 animal fee - no exceptions.”

“For less than $50 a night this was an outstanding value. We were in town for my son's wedding, so did not spend much time in the room, but it was clean, cool and quiet when we needed.”
