• Nothing.
• Small room, free internet is slow, Pool is small and cold.

“Anything above a 1.5 star is overrated for this hotel.”

• A newer hotel, new is better.
• Cal-Tran train is really close.

“A fairly new hotel, fast food nearby, on Canino-Real - a main road into San Fran or south into the Hi-tech land. Most any type of restaurant you could want is on Camino-Real somewhere. Not far off 101.”

• Pleasant atmosphere, a good breakfast, fine room and internet service and TV.
• It was a bit far from my destination, but that wasn't the hotel's fault, it was mine for being unspecific about my desired location.

“A good value, actually a terrific value. I would recommend it to anyone, and already have told others about it.”

• The lobby was beautiful, employees helpful, very clean, had library, comfortable bed.
• Mold on handrail in shower, maid entered at 9 am.

“This hotel was close to San Francisco, cheaper than the hotels surrounding the SFO airport. Impressed by interior design in lobby, interior courtyard, room. Mattress was surprisingly comfortable, sheets crisp and clean. Lots of channel choices on TV.”

• I like the free breakfast and the price.
• Nickel and dime you for anything they can.

“I was charged a $25 "upgrade" fee for requesting 2 beds instead of the one king. Never had this happen to me anywhere else. ”

• Very friendly staff.
• They had wireless but it has not been working in two weeks.

“They offer wireless, but the staff informed me that it happens often and it takes several weeks to fix it each time. It sounded like a lack of funds, prevents them from fixing it quicker. Apart from lack of internet service, it was a good hotel.”

• Was all right, nice staff. Best thing was hot chocolate chip cookies.
• Located right next to train tracks (noisy). I would like it more if they used glass glasses and ceramic mugs instead of plastic.
