• Very good value for a Napa Valley hotel.
• The pool and Jacuzzi area was small.

“This is a very affordable option in Napa Valley, and has good comfort and amenities, especially for its price point relative to the other hotel options in the area. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed.”

• Great staff! Bent over backwards to accommodate our needs!
• Place needs updating, clearly older building, elevators and property need upgrade.

“Love this place not because of the hotel itself or facility but for the great customer service! My friend and I made last minute reservations for this place, good price, available, a Best Western we really didn't expect much. Since we were going wine tasting, I called the concierge about wine shuttle tours and they recommended Platypus Tours and said they would book it for us. Unfortunately Platypus said they would have to put us on a waiting list, but they were able to convince the company to get us on the tour! Also, since we checked in late at night, it was nice to get a friendly face at check in. We had no issues with noise and our room was very well decorated (given we didn't expect beautiful throw pillows and nice linens on our beds)-one other nice thing was that part of the toiletry supplies in the bathroom included make up remover pads! For women it's a totally nice touch! Love this place! Would come back again. It's reasonable with great service!”

• The location is excellent, close to downtown and other amenities..
• I can hear the people walking upstairs, but not too loudly. Wake-up calls were not received.

“It was a pleasant surprise that the hotel was located right where we needed to catch the bus to my 1/2 marathon I ran. It is very convenient to old downtown, shopping & wineries. I'd definitely go back to stay!”

• Free breakfast & internet.
• Small pool.

“Liked the rooms, looked new. Free breakfast at Dennis was good. Very clean and reasonable priced rooms compared to others in the area. Would stay there again.”

“I was told on line the hotel had been remodeled. The first room we were given was still in repair. They moved us, then it was loud all night and we did not sleep because of the restaurant. They upgraded us to a different room, but it had 2 double beds instead of a queen. This is not an upgrade in my opinion. ”
