• Clean, kitchen.
• Called for a 2 bed upgrade ok on phone when I arrived there was only 1 bed available.

“Clean, quite, there was no pool for the kids though. Close to the freeway and stores, restaurants and mall.”

• They have a kitchenette, AC, cable, clean rooms.
• Rude staff, no complementary toiletries, hard bed.

“My Boyfriend and I stayed at the Lynnwood extended stay America. When we checked in the girl was friendly and told us she's write a note to inform the morning staff, we requested a late checkout. The next morning we received an unexpected wakeup call from the front desk asking us whether we were doing to check out or not in a semi rude tone. When I explained about the late checkout she seemed reluctant but hung up anyways. Then 15 minutes later house keeping came by and knocked constantly. I told them too about the late checkout but she was let friendly to hear the news than the front desk. Eventually my boyfriend and I hurried out but forgot my glasses case. We came back to the hotel later that day to pick it up but they were completely rude to me at that point with rolling their eyes and acting like it's the hardest thing in the world to walk to the housekeeping office to pick it up. I will never stay there again. If all it takes is one person to ruin it for everyone, then the morning staff sure did that for me!”

• It was easy to find.
• It did not state that there was a fee for Internet. Bathroom was dirty.

“I was not happy that the bathroom was not very clean. I also did not like the fact that there was a charge for Internet when it didn't state that until I could not get on my computer. Overall the people were nice.”

• Got a good price, good location.
• It was frustrating that I couldn't connect to the internet (neither wireless or wired).

“This hotel was clean and simple, but it was frustrating to not be able to connect to the internet with my laptop. Wireless connection was at a $5 charge which wasn't worth it for the 15 min that I needed. Wired connection was available through the phone, but the room was not equipped with an Ethernet cable. The front desk said they didn't have any either. This made our stay quite frustrating.”

“The location was nice and easy to find. Right off the freeway. The bed felt like you were sleeping on a slab of concrete. You would think that an extended stay hotel would have a fitness center, this one didn't. I will not stay at an extended stay America again.”

• I saw my husband for the first time in 3 months!
• No hot water in kitchenette, room smelled the mattress was awful ! I would compare it without knowing laying on the slab.

“They need to invest in better mattresses. Ok for short term however it was the dirtiest extended stay America we've ever been to.”

• Close to mall, freeway entrance and stores. Loved all the amenities in the room.
• The beds. To hard.

“This hotel was easy to find of off I5 in a great location. The staff was friendly and the rooms were equipped with all the amenities of a home kitchen. Very nice when you travel with kids. I however was not impressed at all with the very firm/cheap beds. There is no pool here or continental breakfast and would prefer a place with a few amenities. All in all this was a decent place to stay however due to the firmness of the beds I won't be sleeping here again.”

• Convenient.
• Lights in parking lot in the window, always looks like day time at night.

“Met all my needs. Good for longer stays. Kitchenette was useful and handy. Could have provided more TV stations. No on demand. Did have high speed internet.”

• I liked that the cleaning service was once a week, and that it had a kitchenette.
• There wasn't a separate space for my small child, and my neighbors & the street outside were loud.

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It is very conveniently located to freeways, and shopping. Also, it was nice to have a kitchenette in the room to save on expenses. My critiques would be that there was street noise, and the walls/floors seemed thin.”

• Although not need for this trip, full kitchen, good location.
• No shampoo, no exercise facility.

“Modern, clean, free wireless good bed and good location (as long as you don't need to get to downtown Seattle in a hurry) but close to major shopping mall. Small TV, no shampoo in room and limited food in morning.”

• Good location, clean, met my needs, bed was excellent.
• I had a short stay, (2 nights), I would have appreciated the coffee being restocked. The room was no smoking, but, smelled of smoke slightly.

“This hotel was an excellent location, not a lot of traffic noise. Close to the mall, close to the location of my seminar. Also, within walking distance to quite a bit of shopping. It was clean, and the bed was excellent.”
