• Very friendly and clean. The price was perfect and I was very pleased with my stay.
• The water pressure was lacking but I still enjoyed my stay.

“If you are looking for a clean, comfortable stay for a cheap price, this hotel was perfect. It has all the ammenties needed to have a pleasant time. The service was friendly and quick. I will come again.”

• Convenient location for alderwood mall, great to have a kitchen.
• Needs better bathroom amenities and more kitchenware.

“Great place to stay, very quiet even though it's close to the I-5. Some cigarette smoke odor in the hallways but not our bedroom. Could have had more kitchenware such as knives and cooking utensils. But very close to alderwood mall, a short drive to northgate mall and Seattle premium outlets and in the same block as nordstrom rack! Very clean rooms and kind service from the front desk.”

• The location was extremely convenient and the rooms were
  clean.
• Basic features to save money.

“This hotel was clean affordable, and has a kitchenette. They provide dishes, and the usual clean towels, wash clothes, bar soap, and TP. Other then that it's bring your own toiletries. We where only in town for a wedding, so we had no desire for a full service hotel. This hotel is just what it promises, a clean place to crash for the night.”

• Lots of space, kitchen and
  full fridge.
• No shampoo, no hairdryer, pay for wireless (5/night), shower was very under pressured-like mist.

“This is a good place to go if you need a room for sleep. It's not luxurious by any means. I needed a room for one night.”

• Rude front desk will ruin all other aspects of a hotel.

“The hotel was in a great location. It was clean. But dealt with a rude front desk staff and I would not stay at that hotel again. It is hard to recognize positive qualities when the front desk is rude.

• Evening staff was very helpful with suggestions - where to eat, maps to destinations etc.
• No amenities, no restaurant, dirty room, daytime attendant could not be found.

“Easy access off I-5. Extra charge for 2 beds. Room dirty (used Q-tip and toothpick on counter, floor not clean, dirty cupboards) but evening attendant was helpful to locate clean room. Had kitchen with full size fridge, and 2 stove top burners. Pots and pans provided but not enough cutlery. Had to request for shampoo and dish soap as none provided in room.”

“We had to cut our trip short by one night, there was a family emergency that we had to return to Portland for. So we only stayed the one night.”

• Rooms smell. I am guessing it is from pets. Since they allow pets.
