• It exceeded what I expected for a three star hotel.
• Nothing to complain about.

“This hotel was great. The scenery was great, great parking, friendly staff, and centrally located to shopping and/or grocery store. The room was easily accessible and I loved the sleep CD, eye mask, and ear plugs that were provided. The bed was also very comfortable.”

• Very convenient location.
• First night room was extremely noisy traffic!

“I have selected this hotel because of its location and reasonable rates. My first night was a disaster because I was advised that the clerk had selected a quiet. The room was not quiet and the staff moved me to a much more acceptable room for the second night.”

• Full size beds are too small! Did not have complimentary breakfast.

“This is a very nice hotel with free parking and ready access to restaurants and shopping. We found the lobby to be very attractive and the rooms well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, but we were very disappointed that they seemed to only have double beds, not queen size, in rooms with two beds. This would be a super place to stay if they offered a complimentary breakfast.”

• Indoor pool/hot tub area had glass roof slid back to allow fresh warm outside air.

“Although this hotel is right off of Highway 92 and not far from 101 and 6 miles off the end of the SFO runway, it was surprisingly quiet as far as outside noises were concerned. Unfortunately, on a Saturday night the inside guests near us were inconsiderate, talking and laughing in the hallways, refilling ice buckets carelessly, and opening/closing doors until the wee hours. The indoor pool/hot spa area was especially nice, with a sliding glass roof and a fresh water shower. The kids loved looking at the atrium koi pond. Room was clean and comfortable, although a place to hang up wet clothing to dry would have been welcome. Staff quickly and cheerfully removed a movie order charge when a 5-year-old got hold of the remote.”

• Beautiful lobby and comfortable bed.
• Staff was not helpful and had no solution to noise problem.

“First night was great. Saturday night at 8:00 pm, the band started playing and didn't stop until 1 am. Called desk to complain and was told their was nothing they could do for us. They could not move us, because the hotel was full, was their excuse. They suggested we find another hotel at 10:00 pm if we did not like it. We put up with the noise as we did not want to leave and try to find another hotel that late at night. We will never stay at this hotel chain again. I complained in the morning to the manager on duty. She did apologize and compt us breakfast. Told us the next time we came to ask for a room on a different side of the hotel. Poor customer service!”

• My rental car was smashed in their parking lot during the night - so it would be good to have security cameras!

• They put me in an executive suite with a computer and free internet access.
• I waited about 10 minutes to get checked in.

“The hotel was great. The only minor complaint that I had was that it took a while to get checked in (about 10 minute wait) because the hotel was quite busy checking in/out airline staff, but I think this is because the hotel is close to the airport and has a free shuttle back and forth to SFO. Otherwise, it was fantastic!”

• The bed was amazingly comfortable.
• Not a very attractive building or lobby.

“The room at the hotel was wonderful. Super comfortable bed, stylish, clean, and spacious. The staff was very friendly. The decor of the lobby wasn't that great, and whenever I was there the lobby bar was not manned. It has a small pool, and some restaurants that looked nice but I didn't dine at them.”

• The staff was friendly, check in was a breeze, loved the free internet, everything I needed was on site.
• There was no outside dining area.

“This hotel was ideal for what I needed which was a place to sleep and do some work on the computer before my flight the next day. The bed was incredibly comfortable and they went to great lengths to ensure a good nights sleep. My window faced the freeway so I heard cars going by but the double-paned glass made it sound more like white noise, which I have no problem sleeping with. The hotel itself was lovely and I enjoyed their water features. Affordable, comfortable, accessible who could ask for more?”
