• I liked the hotel because it has a kitchen and fridge.
• I did not like the pillows or the towels, they did not give us soup or lotions or shampoo.

“Good for the money and that it has a little kitchen and fridge.”

• Bed is comfortable. Good space in the room.
• Towels are rough and seem a little dirty. Location is awful.

“The hotel was out in the boonies when I got there no one was in lobby to help me. They tried to showed me rooms that smelled horribly. Never ever would I go to this hotel.”

• The price is the best you can get in or around San Francisco with the level of cleanliness and the design.
• It's a little too far from the city.

“It's a great hotel to stay if you are traveling on a budget. The room service could have been more often.”

• They had beautiful landscaping and a fountain. The hotel was very well maintained.
• For me it was perfect!

“This motel is well maintained with a beautiful outdoor garden area. The staff is friendly and it is close to the freeway. I would recommend it highly!”

• Location great, surprised at the quality of the hotel for the star rating and price of room.
• Not well visible from street.

“For the price, it was a great room. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room/hotel. The room was clean but small. The area the hotel is located in is a Business District and not a bad area to be in after dark. I felt safe.”

• Pet friendly with courteous and helpful staff.
• Room was a little small (older place) and no business center.

“The hotel was pet friendly, designed for longer stays with families. Toaster didn't work, but everything else did. The hotel also was nice enough to put us up as the original hotel was water damaged due to a faulty roof. Thus, we did not get the larger king with sofa room we originally desired and what was available was small for our family. But, we made due. And, there was a great public path behind the hotel for walking our miniature schnauzer. A big benefit.”

• You get what you pay for!

“A word of advice. Do not compromise for the price. For rack rates, you generally get stuck with dirty rooms, queen size beds and poor service.”

• Staff was great.
• Floors were dirty with hair all over the room.

“Everything was great except for hair all over the floors. They said they have an outside cleaning service so maybe the hotel doesn't know of this issue. The staff was very friendly and professional.”

• Small studio-like hotel with kitchen amenities; laundry on site.
• No leisure amenities: gym, hot tub etc.

“Very nice spot for business traveler that does not want other amenities. Restaurants are also not on site, so you need to prepare your own meals.”
