• The bed is big enough & the sink is separate from the bathroom.
• The bed is to soft and the air conditioner is very noisy.

“I suggest that they extend the breakfast time to 10 am instead of 9 am.”

• Excellent location, clean, friendly, good continental breakfast.
• None.

“Great location, near major streets and restaurants. The front desk spent extra time choosing a room since we were going to be there a week. Quiet especially on the 4th floor. Continental breakfast was very good and staff friendly.”

• Good location & easy access to shopping & restaurants.
• Not enough towels, halls smelled like cigarette smoke. Room carpets were dirty.

“The room we had did not feel clean. When something was spilt on the carpet and it was wiped with a white towel, the towel turned grey/black. The bed felt old and worn. It was lumpy and obviously of poor quality. The whole bed shake when we moved. We enjoyed the breakfast and the use of the pool.”

“Sufficient for one night stay (in town to write an exam). Close to Alderwood mall and Prometric exam site.”

• Comfortable bed and linens.
• Carpet coming up, small bathroom.

“Convenient and serves the purpose. I would stay there again and had stayed there before. Needs some up keep on carpets but overall, comfortable. Small bathroom but adequate.”

• I needed some scissors one evening and the front desk lent me a pair to use.
• My third morning there I did not get the wake-up call I'd asked for so I was late.

“I did like the room and the layout of the room. I felt comfortable there but it was a bit noisy at night making it hard to sleep. It was nice to have a computer available to use to check my e-mail from work. I liked having coffee and Tea available all day as I enjoy a cup of tea in the evening.”

• The people at the front desk/seemed intimidated.
• It took 1hr to settle this on arrival and then they billed AMEX for the additional $20 upon us for leaving and took more time to sort out.

“Were not very accommodating. The beds were the worst we had slept on in a very long time.”

• Easy to find and close to main roads.
• Hot tub closed in winter.

“An average hotel. It was a bummer their hot tub is closed in the winter. It is not in the greatest neighborhood as it was generally a bit more run down, but it was OK. Not the best hotel I have stayed at in Lynnwood.”

• Large comfortable rooms, Great lobby and good location.
• I can not think of anything negative.

“The first thing I noticed was how the front desk people greeted everyone who came into the lobby. The next thing was how nice they had the lobby and then how clean and big the rooms were.”

• Bad plumbing, bad heating, bad service.

“Great location but sink didn't drain we mentioned it but it wasn't repaired. Heat didn't work was stuck on had to open windows and it was too noisy to sleep. Front desk people pretty disinterested in their jobs. This wasn't a good experience and we've stayed in many hotels in Bothell/Lynnwood Area. This was the worst, we won't stay there again.”

• Located on a quiet street.
• The heat did not work in one of the rooms and it was an inconvenience to resolve it in a timely manner.

“The hotel is great for a short stop. Clean and well maintained. It would not be a great place to stay with kids for a winter weekend because there is no pool or hot tub in the winter.”
