“Hotel staff is very rude and disrespectful to customers. Don't even think of staying here or parking your car there, they will damage it - they damaged my car with their hotel van. Don't stay here or you will sorry, I know I am.”

“I cleaned the bath room counter and table off. they were dirty and sticky. there were peanuts on the floor. the ice holder was dirty and ice machine was broken. I had to go to the front desk and they wanted to told me I was not seeing dirt/food in the ice holder. I asked for an extra towel and they said but you should have two in your room! as I was checking out an older couple complained about their sheets were dirty. I would not go back and I would not recommend this motel. it doesn't make foe even a basic motel”

“The guy told us that it doesn't close until 9 pm, they closed at 5 pm. When we got back to the hotel, we asked for a roll-away bed for my son to sleep on. The guy said that he would bring us one in 10 or 15 minutes. Two hours later, we called the front desk again to ask for the bed. The guy again said he'd bring it within 10-15 minutes. We finally received the roll-away bed about an hour later. When we first walked into the hotel room, it stunk. I'm a smoker and I can honestly say that the room smelled like stale cigarettes and mold. The price they charge at Econo Lodge SEATAC Airport is for pure convenience of being so close to the Airport. I've learned my lesson. Next time, I'll go a few miles out of my way to be able to sleep comfortably.”
