• Hotel had a great location in downtown Napa.
• The size of the rooms i.e. you couldn't swing a cat in them.

• It was not nice.
• It was so bad we didn't stay.

“We pulled in there were 4 men on the balcony talking and smoking. We asked to see the room. It was not nice it smelled like smoke and we refused to stay.”

• Close to downtown, lots of great restaurants, near Copia.
• Comforter stained, smoking in pool area just outside door of our room. Could not open windows due to smoke.

• Not clean and the bed was wrapped in plastic.

“This hotel was a nightmare. There was no parking. It was not cheap so I expected a quality hotel.”

• Location within walking distance of downtown.
• Not very clean. I could hear the people talking in the next room.

“The location was awesome. Some of the people staying at the hotel were a little different. The over all trip was great. Nice town nice shopping.”

• Excellent location.
• Having two double beds was considered an upgrade.

“Very pleased with the hotel for the price, excepting the fact the room only had one double bed. When I said I was expecting two beds, I was told it would be a $30 upgrade for a room with a second double bed, or a $20 upgrade for a room with a queen. Quite disappointing!”

• There were no windows to anything but the parking lot in all rooms.

“If you want to be in Napa, but not experience Napa - stay here. You might as well be sleeping at the Motel 6 in Bakersfield.”

• Helpful front desk clerk, location good.
• Pool was small, dirty, very uninviting.

“Fine as expected, nothing special. Hotel met our needs - a clean, safe, quiet and centrally located hotel room. Front staff was very helpful.”

• No fridge, shower - tub switch broken, tiny pool area.

“Parking was limited, sink had a blockage, and there was no refrigerator in the room, new A/C in the room, pool need cleaning, easy check in with friendly employee.”

• The staff was very nice and spoke English! Bed was comfortable.
• Small room. Bed spread was old and slightly stained.

“Best price I found in Napa. It's right down town near the court house act. It's an older place but was neat and clean.”

• Location walking distance to restaurants and Downtown Napa. Very helpful after wine tasting.
• The hotel key cards were not very user friendly.

“Great value for someone visiting Napa for the wine. Perfect if you plan on spending your time in the vineyards!”
