• Close to downtown, lots of great restaurants, near Copia.
• Comforter stained, smoking in pool area just outside door of our room. Could not open windows due to smoke.

• Location within walking distance of downtown.
• Not very clean. I could hear the people talking in the next room.

“The location was awesome. Some of the people staying at the hotel were a little different. The over all trip was great. Nice town nice shopping.”

• Excellent location.
• Having two double beds was considered an upgrade.

“Very pleased with the hotel for the price, excepting the fact the room only had one double bed. When I said I was expecting two beds, I was told it would be a $30 upgrade for a room with a second double bed, or a $20 upgrade for a room with a queen. Quite disappointing!”

“If you want to be in Napa, but not experience Napa - stay here. You might as well be sleeping at the Motel 6 in Bakersfield.”

• Helpful front desk clerk, location good.
• Pool was small, dirty, very uninviting.

“Fine as expected, nothing special. Hotel met our needs - a clean, safe, quiet and centrally located hotel room. Front staff was very helpful.”

• No fridge, shower - tub switch broken, tiny pool area.

“Parking was limited, sink had a blockage, and there was no refrigerator in the room, new A/C in the room, pool need cleaning, easy check in with friendly employee.”

• The staff was very nice and spoke English! Bed was comfortable.
• Small room. Bed spread was old and slightly stained.

“Best price I found in Napa. It's right down town near the court house act. It's an older place but was neat and clean.”

• Location walking distance to restaurants and Downtown Napa. Very helpful after wine tasting.
• The hotel key cards were not very user friendly.

“Great value for someone visiting Napa for the wine. Perfect if you plan on spending your time in the vineyards!”

• It was walking to downtown.
• Called to request 2 beds and they wanted 30.00 add. They had 7 rooms occupied when we were there. Rude when calling them.

“I have never had phone calls with hotels in this manner. When we got there guy was nice and gave us two beds. (No big deal). Failed to do the wake up call I think intentional. Very dirty grounds, elevator etc.”

“Staff told us we can only get single bed. Charged me $30 for second bed, which is only pull out bed from couch and only twin size. The couch is too old and smells real bad. Not recommended at all.”
