• Location.
• Rude staff and very dirty gross rooms!

“This hotel has a good location but that is it. Staff is awful and rooms are so filthy. If you have any other choice, do not stay here. Hygiene is a major issue!”

• I liked the conveniences of the kitchen, dishes, silverware etc.
• The TV remote and the coffee maker didn't work so well.

• Wood fin is very close to the Amtrak station.
• The television reception is poor. Breakfast buffet could be better.

“The hotel is located off the freeway close to the Bay Bridge. The rooms are clean with kitchenette, Internet access, pleasant staff. No bellhop service. Restaurant opening in the fall of 2006.”

• The complementary breakfast was wonderful. I was expecting coffee and muffins. I got a lot more.
• The bed was king size. I was expecting queen bed so I could accommodate 4 people.

“My reservation on price line was not recognized by the staff. It took some time for them to figure out. The manager said that he did not have this reservation with price line for the past 4 years.”
