• The location was very convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful, the price was right.
• There was some confusion finding the hotel as it has changed from being a Comfort Inn to being a Day's Inn and the new signage is not in place.

“For the price I was able to get through Priceline this hotel was good value. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. The hotel seemed a little worn, but it was clean.”

• There is not 1 thing that was sufficient about this hotel.
• Terrible. Uncomfortable beds. Mold in shower. Holes in bathroom walls.

“This was by far the worst night's sleep we've ever had while traveling. The mattresses were so hard, yet the springs were so worn there was no support. The shower head had pink mold growing on it. The fittings around the shower head were no longer attached to the wall. The parking lot is right outside the window. The hotel lobby, if you can call it that was very sterile and unwelcoming. The waffle maker for breakfast wasn't working correctly and we couldn't even make a waffle. Terrible place to stay. Spend $10 more and find some place else. Totally not worth the money savings.”

“Tucked away off the road, hidden behind Denny's. Walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors especially above you. Good wireless signal.”

• The hotel was well placed in an area with multiple eating choices.
• Staff was not overly friendly.

“The hotel was located near many eatery choices within walking distance, which was great. It was located very close to I 5 which was pretty cool as well. I was a little surprise that the room was not cleaned daily. Overall, I would choose this hotel again if I am in the area.”

• They had a good breakfast.
• It needed updated, badly.

“The staff was nice, but the room needed, some attention, it was small things, like the light shades being broke, and the bathroom door peeling, but it could be a nice hotel.”

• Evening desk person was extremely friendly and helpful at check in.
• Toilet did not flush easily.

“Staff great; room seemed clean and suited my purpose. Bummed that the toilet did not flush easily. Lots of hot water, ice machine and wireless internet - what more could one ask for?”

• Close to work, many restaurants to choose from nearby, coffee pot in room a big plus--needs microwave!
• No microwave, smelled old, needs to air out, but okay otherwise.

“Close to shopping, meals easy access to freeway. NO ELEVATOR for those that need them! Friendly staff. Great for travelers who need a 'home' for a short period of time.”
