• Not what I was expecting.
• The only thing was that the shower water temperature keep changing.

“I will be staying at there again. and will tell my friends and family how nice it was. I live in Santa Rosa CA and my mother lives in Cottonwood, I go to visit every couple months, so I will be using this hotel quite often.”

• It had a lot of TV channels.

“For the money we paid I was very upset with the location and the room. I didn't feel 'safe' leaving our truck in the parking lot due to the fact the lot was shared by a strip mall. It was not 'easy' to get to from the freeway. The vents on the a/c were broke and I had to prop them open with folded up stationary from the drawer and it didn't cool down the room at all. The beds were just ok, but it didn't matter because the room next to us was up most the night 'knocking' on the paper thin wall. The bathroom smelled like mildew and was so small that it was awkward trying to towel off. The best thing we got from the overnight stay was the Safeway across the street; it had a gas station and we got a great price on gas.”

• Room was very clean.
• Bed was terrible, left before 5a m due to how uncomfortable the bed was, and couldn't sleep on it.

“Room was very clean, staff was helpful. Bed was terrible, woke up aching and sore. Pillows were worse than the bed. Would have rather slept in my car. Waste of money.”

“For a hotel that is Family Friendly, clean, and affordable, this is the hotel to stay at.I will be using this hotel the next time I am in the area.”

“Clean, comfortable, helpful desk mgr. Restaurants, groceries, gas, drug store all in walking distance across parking lot, and other shopping close by, or only a few miles away in Redding.”

• Location was convenient to shopping/restaurants.
• No microwave or fridge, no DSL in room.

“The lobby was quite uncomfortable to be in for a non-smoker. The lobby was the only area where wireless access could be accessed "if it's working" (the clerk's words). The door did not close unless inside the room. And inside I was unable to deadbolt it. It was OK as a stopover but I am very glad I had not booked several days at this location.”
