• Helpful desk clerk, great breakfast bar.

“We were attending a calligraphy event at Edmonds Community College. It was close, convenient, friendly and very comfortable. The clerk was helpful finding us coupons for a restaurant, Buca de Beppo, very friendly and helpful overall. The room was nice and the hot breakfast with wonderful fresh food was a nice surprise.”

• They had a good workout facility.
• It really was not excellent value.

“Close to freeways, tucked in behind La Quinta. They have a nice pool, excellent workout facility for that size and level of hotel. The staff was/is responsive, rooms are relatively small.”

• I liked the microwave and fridge in the rooms.
• The pool was rather small and only went to about 4 1/2 feet which for adult (most being business travelers) wasn't deep enough to get a good swim.

“This hotel was a last minute reservation and met our expectations just fine. We really liked being able to walk across the street to a very nice Italian restaurant. They offered us a room with a king bed for me and my husband and a sofa sleeper which was perfect for my two girls.”

• High-speed internet facility with printer, buffet breakfast.
• Air conditioner quite noisy; a bit pricey.

“Very nice little hotel. Decent buffet breakfast was included. In room high speed internet connection. No charge high speed internet PC and printer in common area. Only complaint is the air conditioner was quite noisy.”

• I really enjoyed the hotel. It is in a perfect location. Excellent facilities!
• Rooms with one bed were a little cramped.

“If you are traveling and plan on staying in Seattle, especially in the north end, I strongly recommend staying at the courtyard by Marriott in Lynnwood. It is within one-half mile of alder wood mall and has many excellent restaurants in its surrounding area. The staff is friendly and makes it an enjoyable place to stay.”

• Boca did Bipod across the street. Free parking.
• I would like to see free wife.

• Breakfast was not included in the room price.

“This hotel was close to i-5, but we did not hear the noise as long as we kept the sliding door closed. The bed was very comfortable. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi looked very nice, but we didn't try them.”

• Surly desk person, pool deck was dirty.

“Generally OK. The beds were comfortable and the room served it's purpose. The pool deck could have been cleaner and we encountered one surly desk person when we asked for the tea & hot water to be replenished in the lobby. On the plus side, the location seemed safe, the pool was typically empty, and check in was pleasant.”

• Location good for shopping and eating.

“We've stayed at this hotel several times and know there are rooms less desirable by reason of location etc. I booked two rooms on this occasion. Our daughter and son-in-law accompanied us on this trip. Although not fully booked, we were not permitted rooms next to each other. To reiterate, I believe their management intervened since I 'phoned the night before and was satisfied then that we would have what was requested. My 'phone conversation was with a desk clerk.”

• There were good restaurants within walking distance.
• Nothing.

“My husband and I really liked the hotel's accommodations and locality. It was nice to be able to park at the hotel and walk to dinner. There was a nice, large mall nearby that we could drive to within 5 minutes.”
