“Thank you Priceline! Our lodging plans fell through at the last minute when we arrived in Seattle. We jumped onto your website and had a room within 5 minutes! The hotel was PERFECT. Thank you.”

• Free WiFi, close to major mall & restaurants.
• Water leaked in through AC on carpet, loud refrigerator.

“Definitely a clean hotel with very friendly staff. I liked the free WiFi and in room refrigerator. It was a bit of a drive 20 minutes to downtown Seattle, and traffic can be horrible on a commute. Plenty of restaurants and a major mall nearby. Not bad for a leisure traveler.”

• The rooms were inviting, comfortable with modern
  TV screen. The bed was top quality.
• Cannot think of anything.

• The rooms were awesome, fireplace, large comfortable beds and classy.
• I attempted to check-in around 2 and no rooms were cleaned.

“I was locked in the parking garage when I finally arrived back to my room. It took me at least 15 minutes to get out at 10:30 at night. This was a result of no clean rooms at 2 p.m. prior to attending a football game that evening. Other than that, awesome value, superior room and service.”

• Room was very clean.
• No free breakfast.

“Clean hotel. Asked for a room not facing the I5 Freeway, got one on the side of the building but the traffic noise did not affect my sleep. Pool a bit cool, but the kids enjoyed it. Hot tub nice. Have stayed here previously and will again if I get a good bargain on Priceline. Just wished they provided a free breakfast like a lot of other hotels in this Alderwood Mall area.”

• Very friendly reception and clean place to stay. Maintained well with its star rating.

“It was our first time experience in this particular hotel. We liked it very much. Although the rooms were small comparatively, but comfort zone was there. The hotel seemed equipped for breakfast in the package, which we did not have. Perhaps next time we will request in the package. Over all was v.good hotel.”

• Room and entire hotel were clean and comfortable, staff was efficient and friendly
• Wish there was complimentary breakfast, pool is a bit small.

“We stayed to escape the heat of the hottest week ever in Seattle, so just wanted a clean, air conditioned place not too far from home, at a good rate. This hotel suited our purposes exactly.”

• Bed was very comfortable. Room was tasteful and clean.
• Location was good, but difficult to get to nearby restaurants easily due to traffic/location.

“This is a comfortable and quiet hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was tastefully decorated and not cramped.”

• Cleanliness.
• The room was cramped and we could not unfold suitcase.

“This hotel room was clean. The bed was good; internet connection was wired but reliable. Soundproof was good too. We were surprised how many guests stayed each night and yet we didn't hear anything in the night. The only bad point was that the room was a bit small. It was difficult for us to open a suitcase.”

• Helpful at front desk check in. Great lounge. Hotel and room are spotless clean.
• Pool area needs a depository (basket, bin, etc.) for the placement of wet pool towels.

“The hotel staff was friendly, cleanliness of the common areas and room. The location, back was the major interstate highway, was one drawback. Also, next door is a veterinary hospital which had staff walking dogs at night in the parking lot, so there was barking that woke us from our sleep. The messiness of the pool deck (the result of wet towels strewn about) with no staff to attend, was inconsistent with he rest of the spotlessness of the rest of the hotel. Despite the drawbacks, I would return to this hotel again.”
