• Convenient, fairly priced and the shuttle was good.
• You have that it comes with a free breakfast, but it didnt. I was traveling with 3 children (ages 11, 6 and 2) so I was disappointed.

“It was a good value for the price paid. I booked it mainly for the shuttle, convenience and complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, they do not have the breakfast.”

• Close to SeaTac airport.
• Very dirty room, no pillows, trash scattered all over, unfriendly staff, broken door lock.

“They were lucky to be located near the airport, and that all the other hotels in the area were booked. If I or other travelers had a choice they would not have gotten much business. Obviously they didn't care or put much effort in making sure their customers had a safe clean room / environment for their stay. Our room was not even close to clean, was missing the pillows on the bed, had no phone or clock, the door lock was broken, and it looked like someone had recently been in our room as another room key was inside the room when we got there. When we checked in and paid the $80 rate, the guy at the desk took a couple of calls and quoted those people a $69 rate. The parking lot was full of trash and the dumpster was way overloaded. We had a very uncomfortable night with almost no sleep.”
