• Very clean rooms and super comfortable beds.
• I did not like that we had to pay for parking and the restaurant was quite expensive but good.

• The girl at the desk was really charming and the cookies were nice.
• Long walk to room.

“This hotel was by far the nicest we've stayed in around the Seattle airport. Everything was above our expectations, the staff was excellent; the room was nice and we got the bed and smoking arrangements we asked for non-smoking which was appreciated. The bed was really comfortable; the room was really quiet, and we really liked the 2 person coffee maker in the room and of course the cookies. The hotel was a highlight for our trip, I wish we had been able to spend another night there.”

• Beautiful pool area, great gym, privacy, quiet, balcony in every room, large bathroom, coffee in the room.
• Hi speed internet is not free.

• For the age of the hotel, the decor was very pleasant.
• The rooms were more updated than the lobby.

• The beds were comfortable and roomy.
• The air conditioner didn't work in the room and we had to keep the balcony door open all night listening to the planes fly overhead.

“The hotel was comfortable with the exception of the non working air conditioner and the outrageous parking fees!”

• Overall appearance, pool area was nice, clean and comfortable.
• Did not tell us we had to pay for parking, no free in room Wi-Fi.

“Nice and clean, staff was lacking in customer service skills. Pool area and hot tub was like its own little get away. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. No caffeinated coffee in room had to buy at Starbucks, at a more expensive price. Parking also expensive.”

• Seemed run-down, dirty, old, needs renovating, staff not too friendly.

“We just needed somewhere to stay overnight before our early flight in the morning. It is dirty, run down and the staff isn't too friendly.”

• 2 lamps in room not connected or inoperative, expensive parking.

• Location I had an early flight and the shuttle runs 24 hours.
• Paying for internet access.

“This is a very nice hotel in a great location. For a hotel so close to the airport, I did not hear planes coming and going.”

• Beds wonderful! Very comfortable.
• Hotel way to big, finding room location difficult, to complicated.

“The room was clean, and beds very comfortable, hotel very large, trying to locate where my room was in what wing not clear and door key wouldn't work after looking for my room for 15 minutes and I was tired after traveling for 16 hours, took awhile after calling on my cell to office to get someone to unlock door.”

• Being placed by the ice machine.

• Attractive, comfortable, with a very amiable helpful staff.
• So big that it was a hike to the room.

“The Doubletree hotel at SeaTac is surprisingly pleasant and attractive for an airport hotel. The heated pool is situated in a beautiful courtyard. Many of the rooms face out on nice views. It seems more like a destination spot than just a hotel convenient to the airport.”

• Staff not knowledgeable about internet services on phone.

“There was no luggage rack in the room, finger prints/hand prints on the sliding glass door. Bi-fold door in closet had chipping paint & was partially off track, although that actually made it easier to access closet. I was supposed to get a single queen, they didn't have any, didn't have any double queens, so I was given a king room in the Towers which was very nice. Friendly check-in staff. Key Club convention going on which caused hotel to get very busy & crowded the whole lobby area for more than a full day. I called the night before to ask about internet services & the person on the phone could not answer my questions. I called the next day and the person was able to answer my questions but quoted me $6.95 a day (instead of the actual $9.95 day) price for high-speed internet in the room.”

• They provided computers with internet access in the lobby.
• Not enough parking.

“The hotel was average like any other hotel I had been to; I was enjoying my stay until the second day when a very large convention of high school students checked into the hotel. They made using any of the facilities (elevators, lobby, gift shop, etc) nearly impossible. Travelers should be warned if the hotel they are staying at is having a large group of teenagers stay at it.”

• I can't think of anything that I didn't like about this hotel.
