• Very clean and comfortable room as well as very beautiful room.
• Horrible.

“We all liked the hotel and the rooms we stayed in but. Were very noisy in the hallway yelling to each other and slamming doors. Very difficult to rest! Very intrusive!”

• Fairly nice, free wifi.
• Hot water went out on one of the days. Overcharged for incidentals. Staff wasted my time.

“The accommodations are decent, but the hot water went out and the staff wasn't very efficient with reverting extra charges that they charged me.”

• Bed was too soft and two of the lights in the room did not operate properly.

“The location is great. The staff was very helpful. I would have preferred a firmer matress.”

• I was able to check in earlier (10 am) and out later (2 pm).
• The shower doors were removed, but the putty was left.

“Staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable; although I'm not sure the duvet was replaced. The AC was a little loud, but worked.”

• It was convenient to the airport and offered comp pickup.
• Did not include a continental breakfast.

“We were traveling from Florida to Fairbanks Alaska and wanted a stopover point. They found a hotel that was convenient to the airport, offered complementary pick-up from and to the airport, offered a late checkout without any charge. Pleasant personnel and clean facilities.”

• Pleasant greeting at check in. Clean, well maintained room. Excellent shuttle to airport.
• Had to go out for food.

“Excellent quality for an airport hotel; neat, clean, excellent check in and airport transfers. Very clean. Convenient to airport with excellent transport.”

• Soft, comfortable bed, large beautiful room, exceeded our expectations!
• The restaurant 's dinner was mediocre.

“Very clean, comfortable and convenient to SeaTac Airport. Kind and helpful staff. The bed was great! Don't eat at their restaurant; it was not busy, but the service was very poor and the food was fair at best, and pricey to boot!”

• It was close to the airport as well as having easy access to dining areas.
• Bathroom was a little dirty but no big deal.

“The stay was short, but it accomplished the purpose. We needed a place to stay before going on our cruise and I did not fly in until late. The shuttle from the airport was convenient and free and the beds were comfortable. It is hard to rate the hotel given the short stay, but I certainly have no complaints.”

• Lousy restaurant. Terrible room temperature control.

“Given the choice, I would definitely not stay here. Maybe 2.5 stars, but not 3.”

“Great location. We were going to a mariner game, and the freeway was just a couple miles away. Went to Tacoma and Seattle from this location.”

• No parking. Fight for driveway with local parking facility.

• Location, on-site secured parking, quick shuttle service to airport.
• I called for driving help but there was "no one who knew the area." Arch!

“Great spot to stay and park while traveling. At arrival a friendly valet helped me with my luggage and took my car to a secured lot for 5 nights of reasonable priced parking. Check-in was fast, then cash from the ATM in the lobby, then up to a surprisingly pleasant room. Next dinner at the adjacent grill/lounge/coffee shop. Good steak dinner for $13. Quality entertainment. Then up to bed - comfortable. The next morning I went downstairs at 6:15AM to a waiting shuttle, the driver helped me with my luggage (yes, I always tip generously) and he dropped me at the airport within about 5 minutes of boarding. So, what could be easier or more pleasant than that? The driver said the shuttle return to the parking lot would be just as easy when I get back to Seattle.”

• The room was large and bed very comfy. I liked shampoos and soaps. Coffee.
• Room smelled of cigarette smoke, no air conditioning and bath tub drained very slow which is gross.

“The hotel was nicer than I expected. The bed was comfy and room was large. Free WiFi was really nice. Hotel had a old building feel to it. The tub drained slowly, which is kind of gross.”
