• Restaurants, front desk personnel when checking in.

“The restaurant, lounge and cafe stand areas did not match the rooms. I was traveling with my sister and my mom and the atmosphere in the restaurant/lounge/cafe was not making us feel safe.”

• Priceline accepted a great bid and for the price I was pleased with the hotel overall.
• Needs a remodel, a little dated.

“We didn't pay a lot to stay here and we were satisfied with the cleanliness for a short quick one night stay. Hotel is basic but met our needs. I had no problems while there and would stay there again.”

• Great for Priceline price.

“For my Priceline price, great. If I paid 3-star hotel money, I would be disappointed. Everything was acceptable, but nothing that nice. Staff was fine. Attached restaurant was good. I would stay there again at Priceline price, but not at regular price. Shuttle to from airport was very good.”

• Very spacious room.
• Outside pool. Indoor whirlpool that was out of order.

“Very nice hotel which is very convenient to the airport. Large, spacious, clean rooms. Restaurant seemed expensive based on the menu in the room. I would be happy to stay there again.”

• The quality of the furnishings and the cleanliness were excellent. We were impressed with the hot tub and coffeemaker.
• We thought it was fabulous!

• It was clean.
• Shuttle took 20 minutes; restaurant (coffee shop) closed early, furnishings dated, motel-like.

“This is most definitely not an upscale hotel, as Priceline represented. I paid for two nights but left after the first night. It is clean - a fine place for a young family or soccer team to stay, but in the utilitarian - not upscale - category. I was very disappointed.”

• The customer service was excellent at this hotel.

“The room was quite large and very clean. The staff was friendly and food was great at the restaurant. However, the air conditioning fan was pretty loud and did not blow cold air very well. It had to be turned way down at night in order for us to sleep. Other than that the entire experience was great and we would definitely stay here again.”

• Very large rooms with easy walk to bank, Denny's and other restaurants.

“Exceptional room size and cleanliness. Had to pay $10.00 per night for parking which seem to be low by Seattle standards. Hotel have restaurant and sports bar on the premises and were excellent.”

“I was on a short business trip to Washington State and needed a hotel for the last night near the airport. This place was right across the street and was perfect, easy in and out. They did charge $10.00 for parking my rental car which was a suprise. There are other hotels in the area that do not charge.”
