• The walls were very thin and lots of noise.

• The continental breakfast was very nice, with many choices.
• An attached restaurant would have been nice.

“The king-sized bed was nice and comfortable. We used the hotel's portable crib, which was metal; I would have appreciated a bumper or pad to prevent my infant from hurting his head or catching his arm in the bars. The room was clean and comfortable. I have stayed there twice, and will stay again next time.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• The view next to the hotel is very depressed.

“The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. It was also a good location for people going to the cruise the next day. The breakfast was good. We would recommend this hotel to our friends when they want to travel to Seattle.”

• There was a convenient airport shuttle and computer access in the lobby to check on my flight.
• Not enough parking.

“I needed a hotel room for one night before I took the international leg of my trip the next day. Hotel was close to the airport without being loud, had a complimentary airport shuttle, and had amenities like an exercise room, complimentary breakfast, and coin-operated laundry. For just an overnight stay, this hotel suited my needs well.”

• Very quick and easy check in and out.
• Fairly basic rooms.

“I had no troubles getting in and out. Nothing extra special here, but a very decent place to stay and feel safe and get a decent night of sleep.”

• Nice, clean, convenient from airport.
• Kind of noisy from being close to the airport and highway.

“It's a great hotel. It's close to the airport. It has free shuttle from the airport, free breakfast and internet. The room is clean and staff is nice. Great place, Will go again!”

• Good continental breakfast, better selection than most.
• Our room was close to a trailer court, which was noisy until 10:00 PM.

• Continental breakfast, free airport shuttle, 24 hour IHOP within walking distance.
• Odd smell, hard bed, slippery shower.

“Overall a decent hotel with nice staff. Continental breakfast and free airport shuttle were a plus. The room and lobby were not as nice as I was expecting, but it served its purpose as a place to sleep during an airline layover. Good economy hotel, but may find similar quality at cheaper rates elsewhere.”

• The hotel was very clean - some staff were very friendly and helpful - the manager was acommodating in allowing me to leave my car as a stay and fly.
• The first employee at the front desk was too lazy or lacked the initiative to help me with my parking situation.

• It was CLEAN! The four pillows on each bed were heavenly-I slept so sound. The airport shuttle service exceeded my expectations.
• No pool.

“Every amenities for this hotel went beyond my expectations. Once again, the pillows and bed were the best in regard to comfort!”

• Hip and ultra modern.
• Small driveway.

• Restaurant and bar in the hotel.
• No free internet and no Starwood points even though it was a Sheraton property.

“Check in personnel are a bit cold and harsh. Rooms are old circa, mid 50's. Bar and restaurant are great. Location is great. They need to get with the free internet and clean the hairs out of the room. The room Stewarts need to be inspected as to their job. Kind of gross to say the least.”

• Free parking.
• Too noisy, late at night, children running thru hallway.

“Went to bed at 10 PM, had medical appointments next day, children running in hallway woke us up. I complained to front desk. Noise went away for about 15 minutes, then noisy again. We had a very difficult morning dealing with hospital appointments with no rest. Also, buffet breakfast was not appealing, stale looking eggs, no skim milk, lousy fruit.”

• The friendliness of the staff was really good.
• The baggage cart was left in the elevator.

“The shuttle was very prompt with the driver being very helpful. The staff was trained well. The breakfast was more than I expected. The beds were very firm and the pillows soft making a wonderful environment for sleeping. The only thing that distracted me from sleeping was the noise of the adjacent room. It seemed as if the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything they were doing in the bathroom. Over all it was a good experience.”

• Great staff, early breakfast, excellent value, great overall experience.
• If I had to choose something, the shower-only bathroom was a little inconvenient with a baby.

“We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Very friendly and helpful staff. The free breakfast started at quarter to four in the morning, which was fabulous for a 6am flight! One of the better (and cheaper!) Hotel stays for us in a while! Thumbs up.”

• Lacking of parking is a real issue.

“Overall, it was a great place to stay, the problem is two fold, the breakfast, had too many problems, machine out of order, food was cold. There is not enough room for parking and the area to park your car is really to tight.”

• The pick up at airport was on the way before I called from the pick up spot she told me to call her from before I got there.
• The Morning receptionist was grumpy.

“Fast, free and friendly pick up from SEA-TAC airport. Short trip to the Hotel. Clean room, nicely decorated and warm. Wake up call was on time. The coffee was good and free with the breakfast buffet well portioned. No complaints, I'd be glad to stay there next time I over night in Seattle.”
