• Close to the airport, easy to find.
• Appeared clean but not well maintained.

“If we had to visit the area again, we would stay farther from the airport because I think the quality of the hotel would be better. It was not that it did not appear clean but really the maintenance was sort of cobbled looking. Would not stay there again. In fact we considered finding a hotel away from the airport for our second night but decided for a 6 hour stay, we would deal with it.”

• Very attentive staff.
• Hard to find at first drove right past until I saw the sign on my way back down the street.

• Its cheap at least.
• I was stole from, and had no flexibility.

“If your looking for the cheapest, most run down, crummy hotel in the SeaTac area, this is it! The hotel security is terrible, and my laptop was stolen from my room the last night I was there.”

“Worst hotel ever - staff was rude and abusive, no elevator, accommodations terrible, filthy, no towels in room, no air, furniture horrible, had to change sheets on bed-slept in and not changed, plumbing backed up, shuttle late, staff refused to drop us at departure gate, staff was slow and ignorant.”

• Leaking bathroom fixtures, rocking toilets, ratty carpet.

• We were glad we were only going to be there for 6 hrs.
• It was very old and dingy looking. The ceiling had been patched and not repaired to match the rest of the ceiling.

“I would not recommend this Motel. It was old and very out dated and therefore seems unclean. The towels were tread bear thin and rough.”

• The location was excellent.
• It seemed kind of run down. It needs some sprucing up.

“It was good considering we only needed a room for one night, but the hotel could use some sprucing up. It could stand to look a little more lively.”

• Location that's it!
• Airport service horrible, no elevators to room, attitude of clerk horrible.

“We had to wait 45 minutes in the freezing cold and being from Hawaii was a traumatic experience for transportation to the hotel. Called 2 times, the attitude of the clerk was uncaring and the room given was on the 3rd floor and we had to carry 5 luggage's up 2 flights of stairs.”

• The sheets felt very nice. Very good location to the airport.
• Dingy and run down.

“The staff were accommodating and the free shuttle was very good, they had a very nice shuttle van. We were only there for a couple of hours so it was worth it to us for that. We would have felt silly to pay much more.”

• Location, cleanliness.
• Smoking room per my choice, but it reeked horribly.

“All furniture and fixtures old and battered but clean. However, our smoking room (per our request) smelled horribly, and on a ground floor room, there was nothing provided to bar the window so we could safely open it (ended up using a curtain rod).”

• Airport shuttle, breakfast items, very clean, TV, computer email.
• I found everything to be satisfactory.

“This is an economy hotel with great airport location. If you do not plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel, this one is very adequate. It is a no extra frills place, but there was a small breakfast buffet with coffee, juice, bagel to toast and muffins. The towels are not plushy, but OK. Everything was very clean and the tiles were polished. A newspaper was in the lobby and coffee was available at all times.”

• It was very convenient to the airport.
• The address is confusing although once you see the overhead sign you can get pointed in the right direction.

“I found this hotel to be quite adequate for my needs. I was only there for a quick sleep before heading out to the Vancouver, BC airport. The desk clerk was very courteous and friendly and the shuttle driver was quick to go pick up travelers. I expect I would stay at this hotel again if I was in the same circumstances.”

• The hotel had a good convenient location for my travels.
• No elevator, had third floor room.

“I was very disappointed with the plywood counter reception area to the very bland room (third floor with no elevator). The TV remote did not work as well as some of the lights (just needed new batteries and new bulbs). The room was clean. I did not feel safe based upon the lack of quality locks on the door. I would describe the hotel as a place to sleep for a short period of time with the thought of moving on fast.”

“I was looking for a clean budget motel near SeaTac since I was coming in on the late flight. This motel has not been kept up since its former days as the shadow motel. The halls were smelly and dirty, although there have been some renovations since the front desk was made of new plywood. When I entered the room I noticed an empty sprite can on the nightstand. The sink was dirty and the refrigerator smelled. My husband commented that someone must have left a steak in it. I have no problem with budget motels; I only expect them to clean. There was free internet and it is close to the airport. The breakfast consisted of a loaf of wheat bread, bagels and muffins.”

• No elevator, not handicap accessible.

“This is a good place to stay for very short layover-clean sheets, door locks, free shuttle to the airport, and it's cheap. But, you get what you pay for; building is rather run down and needs a lot of work.”

• Its location in relation to Seattle international airport.
• The room was way too cold! The heating system took too long to warm the room. No drinking water was provided and the vending machine did not have any.
