“I thought this hotel was great, the bed was super comfortable, and the outside patio with the pool and hot tub is really nice, even the landscaping is extra nice, and there is a Starbucks in the hotel, it is very close to the airport. The only thing I didn't like was that they charge you for internet and they charge a lot for parking - both self-park and valet.”

“This hotel I had stayed at a few times before. It is very dated, as are most Hilton's. I then, the next night, stayed in Portland. I was put in the Benson hotel. Very dated and not happy with that stay either. Would never stay at either hotel again regardless of price.”

“Okay, and certainly adequate, just not great. Maybe the room I had just had not been updated lately.”

“This hotel appeared to be great when we first arrived. The valet was nice, as was the clerk at the front desk. However, we were given the wrong room, and keys that wouldn't open the door after walking to the opposite end of the campus. I left to get the key situation figured out, and in the meantime a hotel employee let the rest of my party into a room that wasn't ours. I finally got the correct room opposite end of the hotel from our original room and hauled our luggage across the campus again. The room was adequate. Not bad, but not great either. We called the front desk for a cork screw and some extra coffee. The coffee was promptly delivered, but no cork screw. Again we requested the cork screw, but instead got coffee cups. There was a bit of a language barrier. The next morning I was waiting for the valet to bring the car around and this guy helped himself to the cabinet full of keys. Between the guy who let my party into someone else's room and the guy that helped himself to the keys, I wasn't feeling too safe and will not let my mother, sister, or girlfriend stay at this hotel alone.”

“I was impressed when I first pulled up. I sort of expected the staff who was helping someone else with their bags to help me too. He didn't even offered. I went inside and there was a guy who checked me in. That was fine. But the lady next to me was being offered as to when she'd like to wake up, etc. The other staff was more service-oriented than mine was, I think. I got to thinking may be she was in a nicer room or something. I ignored it. I asked him how I get to my room with my bags and so on, he acted like it was nothing at all to carry 60 lb bags to my room by myself, let alone park my car. I left my bags at the entrance, went off to park my car. I went to park the car (wasn't even offered valet) and found out that it cost $20. You have no choice because there is literally no other place to park nearby. I tried parking a car lot away at the Wally valet parking for $13.95. They don't tell you they add on tax, so it comes out to $20 anyway - stick with the Hilton Garage, at least it's closer if nothing else. I spent more on parking than I did the hotel in the time I was there. That's a real drawback for the hotel, they really should make it free for people who stay there. The hotel itself is beautiful though and very spacious. Too expensive for the food but very beautiful non-the-less. The hotel room was really far dragging those bags so that was another drawback but the room was comfortable and the staff service was pretty good.”

“It's a great hotel. I was very pleased when I won my bid and the hotel and room quality was definitely way above what I spent for the night. The only negative things: no refrigerator, it was a street level room so a bit noisy and felt a little too exposed. But I am being very critical. Overall the room was wonderful. The hotel staff were great. They went out of their way to be friendly, pleasant and very helpful. The 24 hour shuttle was very welcome, particularly at 5:25 in the morning. The driver was very good.”

“This is the second time we've stayed there. I was so happy it was the Hilton. Enjoy it very much. The only complaint is that the underground parking is very far away from the lobby & there is no outside parking anywhere. It is very inconvenient when carrying many bags.”

“A no frills place.. they immediately try to upsell you another $30.. you have to pay $20 to park your car in a lot that takes you about 5 minutes to get to from your room.”
