• Ease of check in/out, held our bags while we went to a museum.

“Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, attentive staff at breakfast station. Easy check in/out, close parking, close to airport.”

• Very convenient to the airport for an early morning shuttle.

“We needed a place very close to the airport to catch an early morning flight and the hotel was perfect. The room was clean, the shuttle to and from the airport fast and overall we were happy with the room. The elevator needed some serious service, it was actually scary to ride in it, the only real negative.”

• Nothing the hotel was one of the worst I've stayed in.
• I don't understand heated pool and it being out of season?

• Poorly run, no consideration for guests.

“I had a negative experience with this hotel last night. The power went out for about 5 hours or so in the evening. While this isn't typical, it gave me insight on how this hotel is managed and how it deals with problems (or in this case, fails to deal with them). For about 5 hours, the hotel was without power, which meant no phone, no TV, no lights, elevators. Even the emergency lights in the stairwell were out. This would not have been such a problem had the staff responded in an appropriate manner. The desk clerk could not get a hold of any manager. There were people working on getting the power fixed, but no one was helping anyone get to their rooms, or even carry their luggage up the stairs since the elevator wasn't working. My infant daughter and I spent a cold night with no TV, phone, or lights. I couldn't charge my cell phone. There was no hot water in the morning. It was pretty miserable. Worst was the response by the manager when I called to complain later that day (no manager was there when I flew out at 6:30 AM). She was hostile. She would also not give me a phone number to call for help with resolving this issue. No one is at fault for the power outage, but our options could have been explained to us, and the manager should have been at the hotel when the emergency arose.”

• It is near restaurants and bars, close to airport, have a fitness center.
• The fitness center was hard to get into and the staff didn't have a key at first.

“I often have to stay at hotels near the SeaTac airport and this is the best of the cheap ones. Good location, good amenities.”

• I like the breakfast areas that La Quinta provides.
• The internet was slow and unstable.

• The bed was nice.
• Poor, Terrible service, I was treated like an intruder not a guest. I got better reception with those I have been estranged with for over a year.

“My check in process began at two am after leaving my first "hotel" which had bed bugs. I wasn't greeted except to be told that they were in "audit" mode and could not check me in for an hour. I was told that I should have called. I was told not to trust the internet. I was told that my timing was bad. Basically all the things you shouldn't say to some one who's been up since 4 am the previous day, flew 4 hours and arrived to terrible service and a guy who was too busy at 2 am to be cordial.”

• Well-lit and clean!
• Parking was scarce.

“The room was very bright and clean. The room's layout was spacious. It was nice to not run into corners, beds, tables when trying to walk around in room. Bathroom was roomy and had a huge shower with doors - no tub (nice for a change). Quiet rooms, internet easily accessible, good selection of free breakfast. ”

• It had the quality I expected from La Quinta.
• Aircraft noise & lights - on backside of Airport - however price for choice close to airport.

“I wanted a hotel close to the airport with shuttle service and this fit the bill. I like the LaQuinta chain, the value and quality for the price were as I expected. Good for business travelers flying in & out of Sea-Tac. Not your vacation destination lodging.”

• The location met our needs and they accept pets.
• Usually staff is pleasant at this location,, but not on our last stay.

“The older man working the night shift was rude and huffed when I asked for help. Wish I had his name because he really put me off. We chose this hotel because it has a pet policy and is a convenient location. It is relatively clean, but our last room needed the mold removed from the bathroom caulking.”
