• Great location across from Sea-Tac Airport.
• It's just "OK".

“Better than average for a quick overnight stay. It's close to plenty of restaurants and also just across the street from Sea-Tac Airport.”

• Proximity to airport; able to return rental car and walk back to hotel.
• No free breakfast offered; restaurant not appealing looking.

• Location and lobby very good / nice.
• No way is it a three star which is the same as the Hilton down the road from it?

“It was actually fine but does not seem to be a three star compared to another three star which is the Hilton close by or the Double tree close by. I love Priceline, just was disappointed that I got the Holiday Inn but it was OK all and all.”

• The fitness center was excellent. I didn't use the pool but it also was excellent.
• Hot room when I arrived.

“It's nice. The sink in the vanity was hanging halfway out last time (I was afraid to use it), this time the tub took all night to drain.”

• The staff was great. The beds were really soft and comfortable. I got a good night's sleep.
• This hotel had old, well worn carpet. There were water stains on the ceiling. It seemed dated and dingy.

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They weren't very full so they gave us a free upgrade, which was a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. It was quiet too.”

• Windows do not seal - air and
  noisy leaks in.

“Because the widow seals leak badly. I cannot recommend this as a
green hotel. it wastes a lot of energy (and lets in the sound of passing trucks, motorcycles,etc.)”

• I liked that they were able to let me check in early - they were accommodating to my needs of having a 2 year old.
• Run down, broken sink, poor shuttle service.

“Not impressed at all.
The Holiday Inn was dank and run down, and there were cigarette burns on the toilet seat. Shuttle service to the airport was 40 minutes late. Restaurant was slow and poor quality.”

• I loved the proximity to the airport and that the view from my window was nice.
• $15 parking and the construction on the pool and hot tub!

“Parking of $15 is outrageous especially since we were hotel guests and not just parking there for use of the airport! Then the pool and hot tub were under construction so that was out and the only thing that we were looking forward to. Then the room was way smaller than what we expected and was smaller than a motel 6 that I have stayed at in the middle of nowhere. All in all I do not want to stay at that hotel ever again!”
