• Helpful staff, upscale feel, clean rooms, comfortable bed.
• The bathroom was a tad small and cramped.

“I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. The doorways and bathrooms were on the small side, making it fairly obvious that it was an older building that had been recently redone, but the remodel had done a pretty thorough job. The furniture, fixtures and room itself were all in good shape, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.”

• Hotel was a suite and had a refrigerator and sink in room. Convenient to Redmond, Bellevue, downtown Seattle and Issaquah.

• Short commute to Seattle center city and close to major shopping mall safe location.
• Charged for parking.

“Close to airport, 14 miles to center city, close to highway, rooms clean and comfortable, had a small gym and indoor pool, daily breakfast buffet for a quick breakfast.”

• Location is excellent for those who cannot afford to stay in downtown Vancouver.
• Cleanliness of rooms.

“Location was excellent with easy access to public transport. Richmond's malls and shopping plazas were at walking distance. However, bathrooms and rooms were not as clean as they should be.”

• Close proximity to the airport and downtown Seattle.
• Everything about this hotel was at best adequate.

“The hotel has location working for it. Everything else about it is simply adequate. Nothing more, nothing less.”

• Absolutely nothing. It was filthy!
• It is really old and even the white wedding cake display in the lobby was covered in dust and turned grey!

“The hotel was dirty. There was a wedding cake in the lobby advertising their wedding reception room, and it was covered in dust so the cake had turned grey. The bath tub was yellowing from age, the faucet made noises when you turned it on. The bed was uncomfortable. I was on the second floor so I was right above the roof of the downstairs reception area so I had a view of bird feathers and trash. It was so dirty, I decided that because we were only staying until 5 am the next morning to catch our plane, I decided not to shower until I got home.”

• Room was a little small. Didn't like $12 for parking.

“Came in late. Check-in was a breeze. Lobby seems newer than the rooms. Business center was convenient with internet computers and printers. The internet was really slow but I got what I needed. We needed to print out a UPS label and were able to attach it to our package and leave it at the front desk for pick-up. I didn't like that parking was $12.”

• It is in a very convenient location to where my daughters live.
• I felt like I walked back into the 70's--the wallpaper next to the shower was coming off, black mold on the shower curtain and around drain in tub.

“I was not impressed. I got a Coke out the vending machine on my floor (there was a towel on the floor next to it like there was a leak) and the bottle came out of the machine 3/4 empty and sticky. All this for $1.50. The bathroom was in need if attention--wallpaper coming off the wall near the shower. Black mold. I will not stay there again.”

• The mint soap and proximity to SEATAC.
• This is not a three star hotel at all.

“I would not recommend this hotel. It is near the airport but the quality of the hotel to be rated at three does not compare to other three star hotels. The air was stuffy, beds were hard, the hotel was overall disappointing. Bathroom was not aesthetically pleasing.”

• Parking fee was obscene for where it was located and quality of hotel.

“Convenient to airport, but no frills and less than friendly staff. Be prepared to pay 12 dollars to park your car in the ample sized lot in addition to room fee. When I can park in downtown Seattle for the same price, why would I stay so far away? Moderately satisfied.”

• Well they at least did not change us the $12 for parking when we complained about the cigarettes in the trash.
• Our non-smoker room smelled like smoke and there were empty beer bottles and cigarette butts in the waste basket.

“This place is a dump so avoid it if you can. The rooms are small and cramped.”

“Though we had upgraded to a better room, but was a small king room with no extras, just look like a king room. Staff directed us to a gas station that was not there so got lost. The heated pool was freezing cold and the spa had jet fly in your face and not hot enough for a spa. The beds were comfortable sleeping.”

• The mailing staff was extremely helpful, A++.
• Bathroom floor in room was grimy.

“Best part of the hotel is the staff, they were extremely helpful when they were locating a few packages we had sent there to bring back overseas with us. Beds were comfortable, the room was very quiet, and check out was easy.”
