• The mattress on the sofa bed was horrible.

• Clean, easy, close to airport, breakfast, nice room amenities (hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot etc.).
• Difficult to cool down since the air was not running when we came in; AC was noisy.

“The room was comfortable and clean with all of the amenities we needed. The shuttle service was very convenient, fast and friendly.”

• The guest in the lobby were friendly.
• Being put in a smoking handicap room that I did not ask for when I booked the room.

“The lobby and eating area of the hotel were overwhelming with people hanging around and luggage stacked up in the lobby. It seemed that all these people were waiting for rooms or to be transfer elsewhere. The lobby was just too small for this king of activity. If I had not already paid for the room (no refunds) I would have gone someplace a little more private. This was not at all what I expected for a 3 star hotel at $104 per night. This is the third time I have been disappointed with the hotel arrangements. Your star ratings do not seem to dictate the quality nor the service of the hotels. Near a national airport I expected more.”

• Excellent security, free parking a plus.
• Needs new treadmill.
