• The hotel location and amenities were excellent.
• The hotel fully met my expectations.

“This was our second stay in the hotel. The room, service and our experience as a guest this time was just as nice and memorable as our first visit.”

• The extra sink outside from the bathroom was a plus.
• No fridge in the room.

• The staff was friendly; the room was clean and comfortable.
• The fact that they didnt have wine to order.

“This hotel has a great location for easy access to I-5 North and South. When I walked in the front door, I was greeted by the staff with warm welcome and friendly smiles. The gentleman working there helped me bring in my 5 bags and it was pouring down rain and he got soaked and didn't complain! Poor guy! The room was very clean and smelled good. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I am in the area.”

• The staff was pleasant.
• It was over priced and I was told breakfast was included when in fact it was not.

“The hotel was fine for what I needed it for but I will probably not use your service again. It would have been cheaper for us to of called the hotel directly and gotten breakfast included.”

• The room was large & comfortable king-size bed. Great cookies in lobby.
• Towels could be a little thicker.

“Location is fantastic. Right off of the I-5, near restaurants, movie theatres & shopping. Very nice 9 story hotel with a indoor heated swimming pool & hot tub. We wew impressed with the size of the room & very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was awesome on Saturday morning. Everything was thought of.”

• Overall it was a nice hotel. Our room had a nice view.
• No continental breakfast! Couldn't get the internet connection to work! Aggravating!

“Overall very nice. Our room was very clean. It had a great view. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. On the bad side, it was aggravating to pay all that money and there was no free continental breakfast. I couldn't get the internet hook up to work. The instructions were very shoddy.”

“I was totally impressed by the staff and facility at the Marriott Courtyard in Federal Way. Though it was several miles further away from my destination, the commute was not difficult. The restaurant staff was particularly memorable - we ordered room service one night and the food was delicious, the service prompt and friendly, and considering how expensive room service can be, it was moderately priced.”
