• Front desk staff is unparalleled.
• I wanted to swim in the morning, but they told me their posted hours had changed. I think they were just too lazy to unlock it.

“I stay in this hotel every time I'm in the area. The (night-time) front desk staff is superb; they're friendly and helpful and honestly make you feel welcome. The hotel is clean and cheery. Only down-side is the parking charge - it seems ridiculous to pay for parking in what is basically a residential/light commercial area.”

• Location.
• We were in an older section of the hotel. Pay too much to park.

“We stay here a few years ago and absolutely loved it. This time we were in an older wing and for some reason the staff put us on a floor with a group of about 10 families with 4-5 small kids each. The families yelled to each other up and down the halls and the 20 plus kids ran up and down the halls screaming till quite late at night.”

• A hotel room is always very clean and attractive.
• I have stayed in the hotel a couple of times, but I somehow get lost on my way to the hotel.

“I always feel very comfortable with a room which is very clean and attractive. Also, the hotel provides their guests with quiet atmosphere which I really like.”

• Quite and clean place with professional staff and pretty good location from S.F.
• They actually charge you for parking when they have so much space available and its not even downtown.

“Its a big hotel with good amenities. The room was good and it is conveniently located 10-15 min away from the sf airport and just 30-40 min away from the San Fransisco itself. And for the price we got it through Priceline it was a very good deal. The only thing I thought was negative about the hotel was the parking charges. They charged $17 a day. I think for the location and the considering the amount of parking space they had it was ridiculous to actually charge something like that.”

• The only positive thing was the young lady who rectified a situation that came up.
• The restaurant food was awful.

• Their bath products, and their exercise facilities.
• Mold issues in the bathroom, along the bath tub/shower area and their pillows were terrible.

“The hotel was nice overall, except they charge $16.00 per day to park on hotel grounds. If you choose not to pay, you have to find parking on the street.”

“Power was out was not offered discount or refund of any kind. Drunk and loud party next door that took 6 calls to front desk and a threat to call police before they would break it up. I was exhausted the next day, no hot water either.”

• It was close to my work.
• Handicapped room.

“Room was a handicapped room. I'm able bodied. The shower has no walls, so when you take a shower the water flies everywhere and literally the water ends up covering the entire floor of the bathroom. Because the water covers the whole floor, I walk out carefully and I slipped and barely caught myself from falling down. My clothes that I had planned on wearing to work got absolutely soaked. This was a horrible experience and I'll never go to this hotel again.”

• Executive suite was spacious. Beds are out of this world comfortable!
• Living portion of suite was nicly furnished, but couch and chair are very hard.

• This is a nice, quiet hotel with great workout facilities.
• Be aware, they charge both for parking (steep) and Internet.

“It's a nice hotel, but they do nickel and dine you, charging for an Internet connection (which is why I rated it as unfriendly to business travelers) as well as a ton for parking, the most I've ever seen for a hotel not situated in a large city center. The good news is that you can park on the street just west of the hotel. We had no problem with this, though the area is obviously not a high income neighborhood.”

• Rooms are well setup.

“This hotel was empty but placed all three rooms I purchased in a wing where the HVAC fans were not functioning properly and were very loud. This condition did not exist in the other wings of the hotel. Also they used this portion of the hotel as a staging area for the maid service for the rest of the hotel. Trash, used linens and all the hotels maid carts crowded the corridors.”

• Hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
• The fan in the bathroom was either non existent or not working . . . the room was extremely humid.

“Hotel Staff is awesome, room was okay, beds were okay . . . not enough room for a sofa bed or roll away bed so my teenage son ended up sleeping on the floor.”

“Disappointed: parking 16$/day, internet 9.95$/day. From my reservation 2 rooms/4 nights, one of the room was very small, definitely lack of furniture, have to wait 2 days before getting even a chair. Any request with this hotel take 2 days before answering. Hotel to busy. Polite staff but negative result on request. I was expecting more for the price I paid.”

• Very clean and new with a large bathroom and refrigerator.

“This was a hotel which I will return to when I need to be in the area. The staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. There was also a refrigerator in the room.”
