• Helpful staff, very clean, Loved the lobby and breakfast selection.

• The bed is a bit too soft and the hot spa is not hot enough.

• Clean.
• Room was very small for a suite. TV was in middle of room.

“Suite hotel was just ok. Room is very small for a suite hotel. TV in middle of room could not be viewed from both bed and sofa/sofa-bed, kitchen was equipped with only two of each cutlery. This made it difficult to enjoy ice cream by a family of 4 with only two spoons (big or small) available.”

• Hard bed, breakfast bar.

“Needs for room were met or exceeded. Safe parking, nice pool and hot tub area. staff was pleasant. Continental breakfast was minimal and by 9:00 am. Most items were gone and not replenished.”

• Not enough coffee in the room, stars to steep.

“Parking was on a slop and made the car door harder in open and close. The weather was wonderful (when you come from Texas) anything below 60 - this was just great also smoke free.”

• Not within walking distance to shopping centers, but then again, there's the van.

• Towneplace Suites provided us with a clean, safe and excellent accommodations. We hope the hotel will always keep it neat and non-smoking at all times.
• None.

“Towneplace Suites gives you a warm and homey feel. It was clean, fresh and accessible. Every nook and crannies are maintained well. Our housekeeping lady, did a great job in cleaning our room! The reception clerk, was very helpful and accommodating when we asked for directions.”

• This hotel is conveniently located for both business and leisure.
• The pay per view selections were expensive.

“This is a good all around hotel for business, leisure and families. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The units are a little small but very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the web TV and the basketball court. It is only 1 1/2 miles from the ferry Terminal and very close to the Boeing museum. A great way to enjoy the Seattle area.”

• Lots of room and has a kitchen and seating area for clients.
• I need handicapped rooms and these are a bit hard to get to from parking lot.

• Free internet with Ethernet cable provided, TV with premium channels, stylish, clean, quiet neighborhood, all basic needs anticipated, townhouse style, fabulous!
• A little tricky to find off of I5, do not use google directions if coming from the S on I5; call hotel-take exit 189.

“This place was incredible for a 2 star. A little tricky to find off I5 with Google directions-use exit 189 instead. Townhouse style, up and down rooms give the residential feel in a very quiet neighborhood. Stylish and functional room include a kitchenette with a dishwasher, desk with office chair and free Ethernet internet with cable provided, TV with shows on demand, smallish bathroom with shower. Everything was clean and modern. All basic needs anticipated shampoo, conditioner, lotion, paper towels, 3 sets of towels, alarm clock, etc. Best stay at a 2 star hotel in my life. If you don't like walking more than 5 steps to your room this may not be the place for you, as the townhouses are organized in clusters rather than a commercial line up you may have to walk 30 steps. A bonus in my books as there is no auto noise.”
