The Best Western Elm House Inn is a charming boutique inn located in the world-renowned Napa Valley, only blocks from historic downtown Napa with its famous wineries, restaurants, specialty shops, and its newest attractions the Copia Center. The property, with easy access to Highway 29 and the wine country, has 22 guestrooms in two charming buildings. We have a conference room, 10-person spa, beautiful garden with fountains, sitting areas, and a lovely atrium lobby with chandeliers and comfortable seating in front of an Italian marble fireplace. The comfort and convenience of our guests is top priority. We offer concierge services, including a restaurant guide listing the best of Napa has to offer in culinary cuisine. Included with your stay is our lovely gourmet buffet breakfast served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. In addition, in the afternoon we offer coffee, tea with freshly baked homemade gourmet cookies. All our rooms include heating and air-conditioning, refrigerator, telephones with dataports, iron and ironing board, cable television, hairdryer, coffee and coffee maker. Beautiful decor, friendly staff, delicious plentiful breakfasts, yummy evening treat.
Rooms were on the smaller side.

“This delightful small hotel felt and looked more like a bed and breakfast than a participant to a main stream hotel chain. The European ambiance and friendly staff was absolutely delightful. The abundant breakfast was served on linen table cloths and napkins in the dining area inside or on the patio next to a bubbling fountain. Delicious warm cookies and sherry were served in the evening. The hotel is just a short walking distance to downtown and close to the freeway.”

Great rooms. Exceptionally nice hosts. More bed and breakfast than best western.
A bit pricey for Best Western, but probably not for Napa.

rooms are large and nicely decorated; staff is very helpful; hotel is small making it easy to come and go; fresh waffles, fruit, bagels etc in the a.m.; quality wine and champagne for happy hour.
