• Very convenient location.
• Very dirty, not kept up well at all.

“Rooms were dirty. Had guest services take me to 4 different rooms and had to settle for the best of the worst. Tables were not wiped down, sticky cup rings and fingerprints everywhere. I had to get my own cleaning wipes and wipe it down before I would touch anything. Guest services didn't know how to respond. Beds were extremely firm and not comfortable. Halls smelled badly. Carpets throughout hotel were stained and worn, looks like no updates have taken place ever. I stayed at this exact location about 3 years ago and it was nice. It has gone down the crapper at this point.”

• The hotel was close to the attraction that we were visiting the next day.
• The bed was hard, the TV remote did not work, no ice machines, only one blanket on the bed.

“This hotel was not as clean or comfortable as I would have liked. The room was actually small for a kitchen suite.”

• Location.
• The bed was horribly hard, exiting the hotel was difficult and no housekeeping.

“There weren't any amenities, and I was hoping to end up with a place that had continental breakfast and a pool. Housecleaning comes around once a week to the room, no blow dryer and the worst bed I ever slept in. It was pretty quiet hotel.”

“Most Super 8's are nicer than this. I would have been more comfortable in a Motel 6. It was so bad I checked out a 3:00 am.”

“The hotel would have met all my expectations for the price with the exception of filthy carpet in rooms and hall and funny odor. The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was friendly.”

• Location.
• Dirty , no shampoo and toilet paper half used.

“The room was dirty, bathroom, had empty roll of toilet paper on roll and half used one on sink top. Refrigerator ran all night. I did not feel safe in this hotel.”

• Great location, kitchenette.
• Flooring are very worn, bed is hard.

“Great price. The kitchenette was great, bed a little hard, wonderful view of sunrise and Mt. Ranier. The location was wonderful - endless restaurants, with a Safeway across the street. Flooring worn so it looks dirty. Happy for the price.”

• What I expected from a 2 star hotel for reasonable price.
• Cramped hotel, walls were thin could hear neighbors, low shower head pressure and no shampoo.

• Location.
• It was filthy and out room wasn't even ready hours after the check in time.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room wasn't clean when we checked in and I had to return to the lobby to notify them of this. They wanted us to wait in the lobby while they cleaned it. I thought this was unacceptable with our three children. They also checked to see if any other rooms available had been cleaned and they hadn't. This was well after 4 pm. There was no attempts made to make us change our minds about how angry we were this had happened. Absolutely ridiculous!”

• The shower plumbing made a squealing noise.

“Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel doesn't offer much in amenities outside the room, but was very function and fairly comfortable.”

• The manager was friendly and helpful and did not hesitate to give us an upgrade to two queen beds.
• No services (pool, Jacuzzi, restaurant etc.) or shampoo etc.

“This hotel might work for you if you had to stay in town for business for a period of time and wanted to be able to cook your own meals but for one night, I prefer the traditional hotel. It was very bare bones which is what I expected for the price - I just wouldn't go to this again.”

• Dirty stained carpet in room, room had not been cleaned from previous guest.

“Upon checking into this hotel I was shocked to find sheets, pillows and comforters on the ground in the room I was checked into. The front desk staff was totally unapologetic and told me I needed to wait. It was not a good experience from the start. By the time I got checked in I noticed that the floor was stained all over from what looked like coffee and the bathroom tub was filthy. The bed was rock hard.”

• Convenient and clean.
• Very plain and no breakfast.

“It is a clean hotel. The hallways wreaked of smoke and garlic (not a good combination) but the room was odor free. The front desk personnel were helpful and courteous. Reasonably convenient to I-5 and is in a nice part of town.”
